Aaliyah woke up the next morning to about a million texts. Mostly from Stiles and Liam, but some from Scott too. She rolled over in her bed when she felt it move as Liam stood up. "Hey." She greeted tiredly. "What are you doing here?" She rubbed her eye to wake up.
"I was looking for you then I gave up. Where were you anyways?" He asked angrily.
"Um," Aaliyah thought for a moment to come up with a plausible lie. "Just figuring stuff out. These texts say you had a plan to find the benefactor. Did it work?"
"Not exactly. But you should've been there to help. I'm going to Mason's." Liam left without another word. Aaliyah exhaled feeling whatever the supernatural equivalent to a hangover was. She scrolled through her phone to read the rest of the messages and catch up. When she got to one informing her of Stiles' dad being shot she immediately got dressed and went to the hospital.
