The Weekend after the party Aaliyah sat with Lydia in the boathouse while she tried to figure out the key to the rest of the code. She found the first key from a record player in the room during the party. The walls and carpet were white and all the furniture and record player was red.

Lydia stayed quiet as she sat in front of the record player for hours on end moving the needle around listening to the voices. To Aaliyah it was just static, and she was getting painfully bored of it, but she wasn't going to leave her friend. Her and Lydia had grown much closer after Allison's death. The need for company and a reminder of the friend they lost was stronger than any hang-ups about their past.

During the full moon Lydia had found the first key: Aiden. When she typed it into the code they got a list out of it:

At first they only knew about the Walcotts. Four murders: Sean, his brother, and their parents. They were killed by a professional assassin called The Mute(due to his lack of mouth), with a military tomahawk. But then The Mute was killed by Peter Hale after he tried to blow up Derek with a claymore mine.

Next Demarco was killed, he delivered a keg to the party at Lydia's lake house. He was decapitated outside his car. And last night 23-year-old Carrie Hudson was murdered at the high school.

They determined the list was a dead pool. A list of people to die, and the number next to their names was how much the assassins were getting paid. Whoever made the dead pool went by the name of The Benefactor. They only had one third of the list. Lydia was working on finding the keys to the other two thirds of the list. Aaliyah has been with her the whole time, Malia and Kira stopped by occasionally. They assumed that once they had the rest of the list the total money would add up to $117 million. The amount that was stolen from the Hale vault.
