I was so glad when Sophia offered to take El with her and Lili Friday afternoon while I had a baby appointment. I was dreading even going, but it was pretty essential to keep up with them at the stage when there was only a couple left. Even though Eleanor's delivery was so easy, I was still cautious with this pregnancy, and if a c-section was needed;  I always had the memory of Jace in the back of my head. Ryan was great about keeping my spirits high, knowing that the stress wasn't good for any of us.

Unfortunately, Ryan left this morning for Darlington. He tried to get them to let him come later in the day, but he didn't have much choice with a fan event scheduled right around the same time that I would be heading to the appointment. He was disappointed that he wouldn't be here for this one, but I reassured him that he'd be able to come to the next one. Although, the visits were winding down to a point where I wasn't sure when the final one would be.

After Sophia had talked to me this morning on the phone about wanting to spoil both girls with a fun day out,  Eleanor was already wanting to get dressed to go with her aunt. When the two got to our house, my wild child went running for her car. I tried to call for her to grab her jacket as it was raining but she was already climbing into the backseat before I could put it on her.

"I'll make her wear her jacket while out, don't worry," Sophia told me, grabbing the light pink jacket off the hooks by the garage door. "Thank you, she's a bit wound up today so if you need me to get her, call me."

"It's no problem, I'm sure she and this one will enjoy getting some toys, and food while playing together."

I knew I wouldn't get to talk to Sophia much when I saw the annoyed expression on Lili's face as she just wanted down from her mom's grasp. So I let her get on her way, telling her to call if she needed anything- again- or if she needed a break herself. That earned a chuckle and an answer of she definitely would then.

SiennaBlaney: So close to 38 weeks with our babies.

I didn't feel as great as I thought I would when I got ready to leave. The rain pelted against my windshield harder than it had before I left the house. The wipers were already going full blast to keep up, and even then I was still having trouble seeing the street signs, or even which way traffic was going. Being a Friday made it seem like everyone was on the road, and in a hurry to get to where they wanted to be.
