Sienna

My hospital adventure wasn't as bad as I figured it would be, still wished I had been released sooner though. After being given fluids through the IV, I still wasn't able to leave. If waiting in the waiting room for a few hours wasn't bad enough, I had to wait for the fluids to do their job. And that in itself took longer than I had thought it would have.

Have I ever told you how much migraines sucked? Cause they do.

Fortunately, the waiting for it to work didn't last long.  I was out of there by twelve twenty. Only a little while late from picking up my baby.  Thankfully Ryan was able to.  Although I'm sure if he couldn't Sophia would have been able to. That's why I loved my friends, they always were there for me, any time I needed them; and I would do the same for any of them that needed it. For that, I stopped and grabbed a pick-up order from Applebee's of a ton of food because I was just not in the mood to cook something and I'm sure both of my favorites were going to be hungry soon. Ryan is always up to eating and my bottomless pit of a daughter loves anything she can find to eat.

I drove by my house, seeing that Ryan wasn't there, and headed to his. When I pulled in, I noticed Chase's car sitting beside his truck, glad I had ordered extra. Grabbing my phone and the bags of food, I walked inside. I heard the voices before I saw faces, but I couldn't make out what they were saying through the garage door. Walking inside, the voices quieted down as I made my way to the kitchen. Chase stood by the pantry door, a panicked look on his face, basically the same face Ryan wore when I looked at him.

"Hey, guys." I smiled at them, hearing noises in the living room. Both of them said hello to me but it was drowned out by the yelling of "Mommy!" from Eleanor as ran over to me, giving me just enough time to set the bags of food on the counter before she wrapped her arms around me.

"Hi, baby. How was school today?" I asked her, bending down to talk with her. She started telling me all about the story of her gym glass episode of playing dodgeball. I laughed as she went off of it and into how Uncle Chase and Daddy met her for pickup. "Sounds like you have had a good day. Are you hungry?" She shook her head no. "Dad had snacks in the closet that I got."  Pointing to where Chase was standing. I noticed the pantry door was still open and Chase was standing with his hand in his pocket. I didn't think anything of it, knowing that when Chase and Ryan are around each other they do a whole bunch of craziness.

"Okay, but you still have to eat dinner later." She nodded her head, rushing back into the living room, I had gone to tell her no running but the sounds of her favorite television show drowned out whatever I was going to say to her. Not even a second later Chase excused himself to the bathroom leaving me with Ryan.

"You feeling better?" He asked, coming over and wrapping his arms around me. I took the opportunity and nuzzled my face into his chest, knowing that I was more than a bit shorter than he was. "A lot better actually. Since I was driving they wouldn't let me go until I was one hundred percent better."

"Good, I hate to see you sick like that." He kissed the top of my head causing me to squeeze him tighter.

Ryan

Friday afternoon I had my sisters over at my house, knowing that Emma was back in town for Sienna's birthday party tomorrow night. Cale hadn't been able to make the trip but sent his birthday wishes for Si. William had accompanied Erin, not as if I minded, and baby Louie sat in a baby swing that Emma had brought for him. He was all tuckered out after getting his afternoon bottle.  I had some leftover food that Sienna made in the oven warming up as everyone sat in the kitchen waiting on me.
