Y/n Y/n is a hardworking lawyer who graduated from university just over four years ago and currently lives in London. She's been working Carter (a London based law firm) for four years now and feels as if she's hit a brick wall regarding promotion prospects. With her current (and the foreseeable future's) lack of opportunity to be promoted to partner in the firm, she decides it's time for a change of scenery.
Y/n knows what she wants, is not afraid to go for it, and makes sure to act in a professional manner at all times. That's part of the reason she's got so far already. Specialising in corporate law, mostly mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Y/n has completed transactions for many multi million dollar companies across the world and is an extremely valuable asset to any law firm.

Satoru Gojo Satoru Gojo is the heir of one of the most affluent families in the world. However, he's also managed to make a name for himself in the legal field. Satoru is a partner at Kento law firm along with Shoko and Suguru, specialising in corporate law (the same as Y/n). As a result, other firms are constantly attempting to poach him.
Satoru always seems to have a new woman on the go, whether this be in the office our outside, and treats the firm as his own personal dating service (but hey, it's one way to bring in clients right?) He's extremely arrogant, and for some inexplicable reason, does not like Y/n. It's probably because she's the one thing he can't have. She also finds him just as insufferable as he does her.

Suguru Geto Geto graduated from university along with Y/n and Shoko and is also a partner at Kento. He focuses on finance law, with many major banks forming his client base. Geto is renowned for his parties, which partners from law firms around the city flock to attend. He has a slight soft spot for Y/n and detests the way Satoru acts around the office despite them being best friends.
Despite not liking Gojo's antics, Geto is hypocritical as he seems to struggle to stick with one woman just like Satoru. Suguru is one of the few people that Y/n truly trusts.

Shoko Ieiri Shoko has been one of Y/n's closest friends ever since she, Y/n and Geto all graduated university together. Shoko is a partner along with Suguru and Satoru and she has to deal with their womaniser, childish behaviour around the office day in day out. Despite this, the three of them have a strong bond as they run the successful firm together.
Shoko specialises in IP patent law, having created rights for many large pharmaceutical companies as she is extremely talented and efficient in her work. Her degree in medicine helps her to understand the technical side of her job, whilst her diligence helps her with the legal side. Y/n knows she can always go to Shoko for unbiased, honest advice. When Satoru and Suguru get too much, Y/n and Shoko often stick together for a chance of respite.
