It was getting late, and there was no news from Jin, he didn't tell Taehyung whether he would come or not, and his number was also unreachable, and that's what always happened when Jin promised. Taehyung saw his clothes that night, he had prepared Jin's favorite aromatherapy candle and tidied up his room but he had to put out the candle and sleep.

But Jin came, it was already 1 am, and Jin came, he knew there was no way Taehyung would still wake up at that hour but he knew who was still awake, it was Jungkook. He called Jungkook and asked him to open the door for him.

"Hyung, you're late again?" he said.

"Is he asleep?" Jin said.

"Of course hyung, can you keep your promise just this once? I think he might just leave you if you do this" Jungkook said.

"Yeah I know, but I didn't know my job could make me run out of time like this, it's my fault," Jin said.

"Then meet him in his room, I'm sure he didn't lock his room," Jungkook said.

"Okay, and Jungkook.." Jin said and Jungkook stopped.

"What?" he said.

"Here, hold my credit card and buy what you want, I don't think I can come this weekend," Jin said.

"Really? Oh god thank you hyung, you are also the best after my hyung" Jungkook hugged him and ran like a child to his room.

As for Jin, he walked into Taehyung's room and opened the door slowly, Jungkook was right, the door wasn't locked and the room was already dark, he likes to sleep in the dark, just like Jin. He took off his shoes, and clothes, before getting into bed, he was only wearing his underwear when he got into the blanket and hugged Taehyung from behind, making Taehyung wake up.

"It's okay, you must be tired, go to sleep," Taehyung said and Jin kissed his neck while pulling Taehyung's body closer.

"I love you, babe," Jin said.

"I love you more Jin," Taehyung said and they fell asleep.

the next day

Jin wakes up first, he's used to getting up early, he even only sleeps 2 to 3 hours a day, he's that busy. He was neat when he approached Taehyung on the bed, he kissed his boyfriend's face and woke him up.

"Hey wake up, it's already morning," Jin said and slowly Taehyung's eyes opened, he saw Jin was getting ready to go to the office.

"I still miss you," Taehyung said.

"Me too, but I can't cancel the meeting this morning," Jin said.

"Yeah you're right, your work is more important," Taehyung said and he sat on his bed, leaning against the headboard.

"Tae.."

"No it's okay, that's true, right? You can't get past your job, you have fun doing it" Taehyung said.

"Oh come on babe, we've talked about this a lot and I know I'm the only one who spends so much time at the office, I know it's my fault," Jin said.

"Then what about me?" Taehyung said.

"Babe... nothing has changed between us," Jin said.

"No Jin, you just don't realize that everything has changed, I was happier when you had more time with me before your father made you CEO, I miss that time," Taehyung said.

"Tae, it's only a matter of time, my love for you hasn't changed a bit, I also have to adapt to all this work, I'm tired too but do I have another choice, my father asked me to be the CEO of his company and I thought it was a good idea because I can earn a lot of money and marry you soon," Jin said.

"Look we just ended like this you should go, right? you could be late for your meeting" Taehyung said and turned his head away from Jin.

"I just want you to understand and be patient a little more, I need you to support me," Jin said.

"Go Jin," Taehyung said.

"I love you baby," Jin said and he kissed Taehyung on the head before leaving and Taehyung just cried. He didn't know how long he had to endure like that, feeling lonely was so bad.
