2 days before Moon day

Jin became a little awkward when he was with the prince, he kept thinking about that day, the day his dream came true, but who could dream that high? Today all royal guards and servants have started preparing lanterns and decorations to celebrate Moon Day. Including Jin and the other guards, he would be very busy until Moon Day came. Jin's job at that time was decorating the backyard of the castle, Jin, Jimin, and Soobin were there. Jin must also decorate the stables, he will bathe the horses there and serve them in preparation for Moon Day.

Horses were not allowed to leave the stables until that day, so the Prince and the royal family had nowhere to go. But they can celebrate something or do their usual activities the day after.

It was late, Jimin and Soobin and the other guards had finished decorating some of the yard and would continue tomorrow, but Jin was still near the stables, he wanted to make sure the horses there were safe and comfortable until that day came.

Jin was preparing to close the cage door, until someone grabbed his hand and led him away from there, leaving the cage door slightly open.

"Your Highness, where are you taking me?" Jin said and the Prince just kept running carrying Jin away from the stables, they returned to the rose garden and instantly made Jin remember what happened there with them.

"Your Highness, what are you doing? it's late, you should be sleeping." Jin said, it was indeed almost midnight and the royal family should be sleeping, they shouldn't be tired to celebrate Moon Day.

"I can't sleep, and I know you are still there," the Prince said.

"Why did you bring me here, your highness?" Jin said.

"Why are you running away from me? Do you think I don't know about that?" Prince said.

"I didn't avoid you, Your Highness, how can a guard avoid his prince? that's impossible, right? I work for you, Your Highness, that's my job." Jin said.

"If I just want to do it, I don't do it to you, I can do it with Princess Nayeon," Prince said.

"And you have done it, your Highness," Jin said.

"It's getting late, we have to get back to the castle before the others realize you're not there," Jin said but the Prince made him stay by holding his hand.

"I like you and I kept it for a long time, I know you will reject me but at least give a reason that makes more sense than just your duties in this kingdom," the Prince said.

"Your Highness, even liking me was a mistake, I don't deserve that feeling," Jin said and tears rolled down his face.

"Why do you always cry every time we talk about this? what are you hiding from me?" Prince said.

"Tell me Jin!" The prince snapped at him, making Jin flinch but still stare straight at him.

"Your Highness--"

"To hell with that nickname! Is that why you are like this to me? I know what you feel for me Jin, I know," Prince said.

"Please, we have to go back to the castle now or—" The prince pulled Jin's body by his waist and kissed Jin right on the lips like before, making Jin freeze and slowly closed his eyes.

"I know you like me too, just tell me" Prince whispered as he rested his head against Jin.

"I can't like someone who will get married in 3 days," Jin said and the Prince immediately pulled away to look at Jin.

"What did you say?" Prince said.

"Let's go back to the castle, your highness," Jin said.

"Tell me Kim Seokjin!" Prince said.

"How come you don't know anything about your wedding? while all the guards here already know about it and—"

"No! How many times do I have to tell you, I'm not going to marry her!" Prince said.

"But you must, since the date has already been decided, I'm sure Princess Nayeon also knows, because her father himself announced it," Jin said.

"I will not marry her, you have to believe me," the Prince said.

"What if I just want you to stay by my side, nobody else?" Prince said.

"If being by my side is more than enough for you, then don't ever dare to step your foot away from my side, that's an order," the Prince said.

"Yes your Highness," Jin said and the Prince kissed him again this time Jin tried to return the kiss, only for that night before he had to wake up from his dream.
