((Em's POV))

My arm still hurt like a bitch.

My white shirt didn't take the stains well, and basically my whole arm was covered in blood. Worst day ever? Defiantly. Basically I had to switch over to a gun. At this point, there was so many demons that no one could protect me as I recite. Bon and I had to switch, which I basically had no idea what I was doing with a gun. Shima took out demons with his long stick, with Vicky by his side slashing with her sword.

All the others were covered with scratches, but they were only minor. Sarah had stopped when the demons she was fighting were done for, and raced over to me.

"I wish I would have taken care of that sooner," she mumbled as she took her safety kit out quickly.

"No, I'm fine! Go and help the others."

"Em, that scratch is just as bad as Izumo's scratch." I could tell the topic was hard for her to talk about when she didn't meet my eyes. Before she could even put anything on my wound, I pulled my arm away from her grasp.

"I'm fine. This isn't really the time to deal with stuff like this."

"Will you just listen to me, and stop being so stubborn?! It's fine, they took care of them all!"

I looked around to see that the rest of them got rid of the ghouls. When I saw how weak Carter was especially it made my frown. He worked really hard to get the swam demon as powerful as he could. And of course, my train of thought was interrupted by Asami.

"Great job exorcists! I thought you would all get injured badly, but it seems the weakest one in your group just got badly scratched."

I didn't even protest to that. It was true. Honestly I didn't care. It didn't bother me at all.

"Actually I-" before I could finish my sentence, a loud slap filled the air. Vicky, the person I least expected to backhand someone, slapped Asami hard across the face.

"Don't you dare insult my friends!" She growled. "That's my freaking job!"

"Well it seems like you got something to prove girl. Why don't we just do a 1 on 1 fight. That way the battle will be fair."

"Fine by me."
When I saw the look in her eyes, it was something that I've never seen before on her. They weren't angry, or even scared. Her eyes showed how tough she can be.

"Vicky no! Don't do it!" Shima grabbed her shoulder, but quickly she shoved his hand off.

"I got this."

The rest of us backed away from the two of them. Vicky pulled her sword out, still having that same look in her eyes.

"Oh, so this is a sword fight? I got a little knight training up my sleeve.
But you know, I only got a knife of me." She pulled out a small dagger and twirled it around.

Honestly Vicky has got this in the bag. Considering how good she is with a sword, that little blade seems like just a stick.

"Do you think she will win? I think she defiantly will."I whispered to Bon.

"I don't want to call it just yet. The two haven't even started," he whispered to back.

As soon as I turned my head back to the fight, it already looks like they were deep into it. Vicky looked like she was winning by the look on Asami's face.

"You're not that bad girl," she panted.

"Same to you," Vicky spat back.

"We should step the game up a bit. How about..." She took out a bottle of what looked like a dangerous chemical, and a rag. "We put poison in the game. I'll give you some too if you like."

"I don't need damn poison to beat you. I can do this without it."

Shima, who was standing next to Bon, was now being held back by Shima and Carter. I actually had to grip Sarah's wrist hard in order to hold her back. I believe that Vicky has it taken care of us.

Asami finished putting poison on her blade, and threw the rag and empty bottle on the ground. Her dagger was dripping with the liquid. Though before Asami could even take action, Vicky already was charging. Quickly Asmai's hand was on the ground, making all of our eyes widened.

"GAH!!" Asami grabbed her bleeding wrist, and looked at her hand on the ground. "You know that really hurt," she winced in pain.
Vicky pointed her sword at the enemy, her eyes fiery.

"Give up Asami. You're finished."

Suddenly everything was dead silent as Asami moved to strike. I don't think any of us were able to take action because it was already done before any of us saw what was happening. A blood filled scream filled the air as Vicky was stabbed in the stomach by the poison filled blade. Just as it looked like Vicky was going to win, if was all over with that one blow.

"VICKY!!" Shima yelled as he ran to her side before she hit the ground. Asami looked happy with herself.

"Sorry girl, but I always win. Although I do admit you were an excellent fighter."

Quickly I raced over to Vicky, who was looking like she was going to die any second now.

"Don't die on me you here? I just found you, and I'm not losing you to some stupid knife!" Shima cried. "Vicky, you're a fighter. Come on, get up because you are my tough girlfriend."

My heart was literally breaking as I was standing right behind Shima, just watching my friend die along with Carter who was crying already. Sarah was leaning on Vicky's other side as she looked at the wound.

"It's bad... Really bad," Sarah looked into Vicky's eyes as tears fell down her cheeks. "I can't heal it..."

I didn't want to watch this. I couldn't just stand here while my friend died like this. But before I could pull my gun out and face where Asami last was, Bon put his hand on my shoulder.

"She escaped... I tried to get her, but she just disappeared..."

Slowly I put my gun back in its holster, and just watched at Vicky weak hand held Shima's. I could only make out some of her words.

"Please Shima, don't stress on my death. My life has been amazing with my friends and you by my side... You get the award of being my first kiss you know..." She laughed weakly. "That's an accomplishment in my book."

My vision became blurry as I started to cry. I could only make out Bon hugging a crying Carter tightly. Sarah was crying, Shima was crying, everyone was crying!

"Now don't cry everyone... That's not how I wanted my death scene to be like," she then coughed violently but she still stared at Shima and Sarah. She even looked at me as I walked next to Sarah, and kneeled down beside her. Still none of us couldn't stop crying.

"Well we care about you Vicky! How can we not all cry!"

She managed to roll her eyes at all of us, but then after she smiled with all the strength she had.

"I have one request guys. Make sure my funeral doesn't suck okay...? Make sure all our friends come, and that there is awesome music always playing... To show that my soul will always live on."
After she finished her eyes slowly closed. Sarah then started violently shaking her.

"Vicky wake up! Be serious for once in your life!! VICKY OPEN YOUR EYES!!"

And our sobs continued on for the friend that we lost.
