Chapter 12

((Rin's POV))

During the whole time, I noticed that they were totally flirting. He knows that we are dating, and he has the nerve to do it right in front of me.
"So... Yukio. When do you think you will be getting back to work?"
His blue green eyes looked at me.
"Probably tomorrow if I'm in a good condition."
Shiemi replaced the towel on his forehead.
"His fever is going down. That's a good sign. I was really worried yesterday because it didn't look good."
There she goes again, saying she was worried. For the one hundredth time of course.
"You didn't have to worry about me. The wound wasn't that bad for me to die."
They kept on talking back and forth, but I just got up.
"Okay well, school has ended so I'll be heading back to the dorm room."
My brother and girlfriend nodded as I walked out the door.
All I could think while I was going out the door is how much I hate them right now.

I was walking to the unconditioned dorms where Yukio, Kuro, and I live. My eyes caught a sight of two school girls. One of them had the dirty blonde hair and black glasses.
"Hey Em!"
She turned my direction smiling. The other girl with her looked at me.
"Hey Rin! I have someone for you to meet!"
I walked up to them, and the girl was still staring at me.
Strange...
"I would like you to meet Vicky. She a an old friend of mine who went all the way from my old school to her."
"Hi, I'm Rin," I said back.
She gave me a smile.
"I've heard a ton of things about you from Em. So I basically know you completely."
I laughed a little.
"Well, not all the way probably."
There was secrets I never told Em. One was huge.. It was me being a demon. I was actually thinking about telling her because I know her past.
"So Vicky," I said awkwardly. "What miester are you going for."
She thought for a second.
"I decided to become a knight."
"Sweet! That's what I am too!"
She looked at Em, and gave her a weird look. I couldn't read what it meant. It's a girl look probably. Em interrupted the stare.
"Is Yukio getting better?"
"Yeah! He plans on coming back tomorrow.
She smiled.
"That's great news."
"Well, I got to get going. I'll see you two tomorrow."
"Same here. Bye Rin," Vicky said back.
We all said our goodbyes and split ways. At first I wasn't happy about her having other friends and ignoring, but now I'm glad she's happy.
