Sam and Dean walked into the Mikaelson home, noticing Klaus waiting for them in the living room.

"Dean... Sam," Klaus said, silently wondering why Sam was present.

"I'm on punishment. Sam here has to make sure I'm having nothing but fun and relaxation. Father's orders," Dean said, plopping down on his sofa.

"Lovely," Klaus said, glancing at Sam once more, "Do I want to know how that happened?"

"Nope," Dean said.

"Well now I'm curious. How did it happen," Klaus asked, pouring three cups of liquor.

"Lucien sent a gift to Damon. His way of asking for my father's blessing. Anyways because of it, Damon found out that I went out last night after he told me to stay in and rest. At least the man has courtesy, I guess," Dean said.

"Considering his feelings for you, I say he went about it naturally. He is an older gentleman after all," Klaus said, handing Sam and Dean a cup, "So what exactly does this punishment involve? No hunting, no fighting. Anything else?"

"No dealing with weaponry," Dean said, sitting down.

"So is the Lucien thing out for now," Klaus asked.

"Sadly, yes. There's no way I can go meet him without some kind of weapon. I'd feel naked," Dean complained.

Klaus noticed Sam wasn't drinking or sitting for that matter. He kept looking at his watch in an almost impatient manner.

"Sam, are you not going to sit down? I don't particularly enjoy the feeling of someone standing over me," Klaus said, "Especially when they're giants."

"Actually you two aren't going to hunt, right," Sam asked, looking up from his watch.

"I'm sure Damon already spoke to Elijah about the punishment. I couldn't even if I wanted to," Dean reasoned.

"Great, okay. I'm going on a date today with Eileen and I'd hate to cancel because I have to babysit my older brother," Sam said, setting down his drink.

"Planning to get lucky, huh? Here, take the car and be gentle with her," Dean said, tossing him the car keys.

Sam caught the keys with ease while pulling out his cellphone. Klaus was always impressed by their coordination.

"I'd never hurt Eileen!"

"I meant my car, stupid," Dean corrected, "Don't you dare hurt my baby."

Sam cut his eyes with a shake of his head and left.

"Have fun," Dean called out.

Dean and Klaus stayed silent as the sound of Baby, the Impala, was heard leaving the driveway. Once he was far enough, Dean and Klaus set their cups of liquor down.

"So where is he," Dean asked, leaning in to whisper.

"At his penthouse. I have eyes and ears saying he hasn't been making any moves whatsoever. Which is very unusual for Lucien," Klaus said, "Have you received a call yet?"

"No, and frankly it's making me uneasy. I mean you saw the night club he had, right? It was packed to the brim with the supernatural. If he wanted to, he could overrun this town in minutes," Dean said, briefly forgetting the Mikaelsons were also part of this town, "We need to get in touch with him and see what he's planning. All this waiting around is making me itchy."
