WARNINGS: Supernatural Violence; Attempted Kidnapping
Dean opened his eyes at the sound of the floor boards creaking in the house. He slid his hand under his pillow and grabbed the gun hiding there. He lifted his head slowly while taking the gun off safety mode. Only then did he see Klaus by the door, also listening. He nodded at Dean to come closer. Dean made his way over and crouched down on the opposite side of him.
"You two handle the angel," a woman ordered.
"Yes, ma'am," a guy said before another set of feet walked away.
"Which one are we looking for again," another guy asked.
"Any of them at this point," the woman said, "Lord Lucifer needs the children by tonight."
"I hear nobody can even find him anymore," the same guy said, suggesting that there were only two walking their way.
"That doesn't change our mission... Wait!"
Dean abruptly snatched one of the demons into the room and covered his mouth as Klaus stabbed him with Castiel's angel blade. They ran out of the room as the woman attempted running away.
"She's about to smoke out," Dean said, grabbing the angel blade.
"Don't hate me for this, love," Klaus snapped, grabbed him instead.
Dean and the woman were caught off-guard as Klaus threw Dean at her. The surprise did allow Dean to kill the woman though. He turned to Klaus with a look of disapproval.
"Really? Throwing me now," Dean hissed.
"She was surprised. My plan worked," Klaus said, speaking in a hushed tone.
"You're insane."
"You knew that when you met me."
"Let's just go," Dean whispered.
He walked out with a gun ready to fire. Another demon saw him and Dean shot him twice in the chest, killing it.
"God, I love these angel bullets," Dean whispered, quickly checking his magazine.
A sound was heard from behind, making him turn with his gun raised. He lowered his weapon once he realized Klaus had already dealt with the demon sneaking up on them. Hayley screaming was heard, making Klaus look around.
"Go!"
Klaus took off, chasing after her and her captives. Dean walked through the house, killing any demons he saw.
"Cas, where are you, buddy," Dean prayed.
Castiel, who was knocked out, quickly opened his eyes as Dean's prayer reached him. He grunted and picked himself up from the ground. He was about to head back to the house when he noticed a set of eyes watching him nearby.
"The angel is awake," a demon shouted, alerting the others.
Castiel grabbed the back of his head and slammed his face into the ground, smiting him. He stormed into the house and saw Lucien unconscious in chains. Castiel yanked the chains off and woke him up.
"Lucien, what happened," Castiel asked, healing his injuries.
"Veronica," Lucien muttered, looking past him.
He jumped to his feet, vamping out before Castiel could get any more answers from him. He assumed Lucien would be fine on his own. Castiel checked the rooms as he passed by before he saw a couple of demons holding onto Kelly, who was kicking and screaming.
