WARNINGS: Mentions of Torture

Scott knocked on the door before entering Josie's temporary apartment.

"I got the SOS... Josie? What happened to you," Scott asked, kneeling in front of her.

"She was tortured."

Scott looked over at Josie's twin sister, Lizzie. She wasn't supposed to be part of the mission so he assumed she tailed Josie without her knowledge.

"And I contacted you because I heard you were good at treating wound. Also I doubt I could do much to help without wanting to tear her apart," Lizzie said, her eyes briefly darting away from Scott in subtle shame, "So can you help her or not?"

"I'll need some bandages, tweezers, scissors, and thread," Scott said, removing his jacket to roll up his sleeves.

Lizzie began looking around the apartment to collect the items he asked for.

"I'm sorry about this, Scott," Josie wheezed, "I didn't think..."

"You need to stop talking, Jo. If you continue to strain yourself, it'll only hurt worse," Scott said, his voice softer than usual.

As Scott got to work on closing her wounds, he decided to question Lizzie about what took place.

"I found her chained to a chair at the Mikaelson's Mansion. Thankfully, I got her out before anyone noticed," Lizzie said.

Scott froze in place, suddenly looking deathly pale as he turned to face Lizzie.

"The Mikaelson mansion? You got her from the Mikaelson mansion and came directly here," Scott asked.

"Yeah. What's the matter with you? You look like you've seen a ghost," Lizzie said.

"We need to leave. We need to leave right now," Scott said, stepping away from her to rush to the door.

He opened it and flinched hard at seeing Klaus blocking his path.

"What's with the rush? Surely you weren't intending to leave us so soon. That would be a shame, don't you agree, Elijah," Klaus asked, looking past Scott.

Scott followed his gaze to the original standing at the window.

"A terrible shame indeed, considering we were just getting to know each other," Elijah agreed.

"They can't come in without an invitation," Scott reassured.

Scott fell silent as Klaus began laughing at him.

"What a brave little lad you are. Lizzie, you weren't very thorough in looking around the house, were you? Your sister's blood was spilling all over the place, it's quite difficult to focus on anything but saving her," Klaus said, "Maybe that's why you failed to notice him."

The three turned their eyes to the hallway. A shadow emerged from the bedroom, stepping closer to reveal Dean's presence. A machete was tightly gripped in his left hand with a gun in his right. Elijah's cellphone went off with a notification.

"It's Lucien. Looks like our plan B wasn't needed after all," Elijah said, climbing through the window.

Klaus entered the house as well.

"You know, for a couple of teens, you guys have quite the arsenal. My brother has already taken a liking to your sniper," Dean said.

Scott glanced down, noticing the red dot aimed at his heart. He scoffed at his own mistakes and put his hands up in surrender before dropping to his knees.

"We give up," Scott said, earning a glare from Lizzie.

"Are you insane?! They'll murder us," Lizzie hissed.
