Kai turned around as Sam called his name.

"Kai," Sam said, stopping in front of him, "What you did for us..."

"I did it for you," Kai corrected, looking at Sam, "I only helped because of you."

"Why," Sam asked, giving a look of curiosity, "Why would you do that for me?"

"Because you cared," Kai said, "You showed me you cared about me... I've never felt that before."

Sam knitted his eyebrows in concern.

"Well, in any case, thank you for your help," Sam said, "I mean it."

Kai smiled lightly at the show of appreciation.

"Hey, Sam," Kai said, "The only person capable of killing the dark hunter is the one he loves the most. In case you ever feel like Dean can't control himself anymore, I thought I'd share that with you."

He turned and went to his car, leaving Sam standing there. Sam went back inside as Dean finish packing his stuff. Klaus was there staring at Damon before finally walking up to him.

"I'm assuming you apologized, right," Klaus said.

"Excuse you," Damon said, turning to Klaus.

"You apologized to Dean," Klaus said, "For what you did. I mean you did apologize, right?"

"Why don't you mind your own business, Klaus," Damon said, staring him down, "Stop snooping in others. It's gonna get you in trouble..."

"And who is going to be the one to deal out that punishment, Damon," Klaus asked, smirking, "You...?"

"No, he won't."

Klaus looked behind Damon to see Castiel. He felt his confidence shift downwards faster than he could think.

"But I will," Castiel said, standing behind Damon protectively.

Klaus licked his lips and stepped back with his hands up in surrender.

"I'll see you soon, Dean," Klaus said, watching him zip up his duffle bag.

"Yeah," Dean mumbled, throwing the bag over his shoulder.

He walked out of the door and tossed his bag into the trunk of his car.

"Dean," Damon said, making Dean turn around, "I wanted to... I wanted... I didn't mean to make you upset. I just... I wanted answers and I was... What I'm trying to say is..."

Dean hugged him tightly. Damon slowly returned the hug.

"I know you are," Dean said, "I forgive you, Dad."

Damon felt a grin spread across his face.

"Thank you," Damon said, "I also set up rooms for you and Sam whenever you two feel like visiting. My home is free to you both and... I made this in case you didn't accept my apology."

Damon held up a key, making Dean grab it out of his hand.

"What is this," Dean asked.

"A key to my home," Damon said, "So you don't have to wait to get inside anymore."

Dean looked at Damon in shock.

"Really," Dean asked.

"Yeah," Damon said, "It's your home too. Since you are a Salvatore and everything..."

A breath of air escaped Damon's lungs as Dean hugged him again so tightly he was lifting him.

"Thank you," Dean chuckled, "Thank you so much! Wow! This means a lot to me!"

"That's great but I can't breathe," Damon grunted.

Dean let go, allowing Damon to breathe again.

"Sorry," Dean said, holding onto his shoulder.

"It's fine," Damon chuckled, "I'll be home whenever you're ready."

Dean nodded and watched Damon get into his car with Stefan. He waved as Dean waved back. Then he got into the Impala and looked at Sam, sitting passenger.

"Would you believe me if I said I've missed you," Dean teased.

"Nope," Sam teased back.

"Bitch," Dean smirked.

"Jerk," Sam smiled.

Dean started his car and drove to the bunker.
