family reunion... (matt's pov)

Once I saw how she was looking and finished getting ready to go to dinner with the rest of our friends, my jaw dropped to the floor, she was absolutely stunning.

She was wearing a similar dress to the one she wore to the premiere of house of the dragon in London where I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. I put a black shirt and jacket and black pants without a tie since I know she prefers me wearing suits with no ties.

Once we got to the restaurant, we got into the back entrance, and we got at the same time than Paddy and his wife and we saw that a few of the guys were already inside.

We said our hellos and sat down in our table with me sitting next to milly and Olivia and Emma sitting in the other side of her and paddy in front of us.

"How you have been babe?", Olivia asked after giving us a hug.

"I've been good, getting ready for the play I'm doing and it's really exciting. And you guys, how is preparation to go back on set going?", milly asked.

"This is incredible Mills, you're gonna do so amazing. And yeah, it's going well. We're obviously gonna miss you and Padds on set", Liv said.

"I miss you guys already, but I know you all are gonna kill it and do so good", she says with the biggest smile.

"Thanks babe and yeah, like Liv said, we're all excited for you and we're ready to go see you kill it on stage", emma said and makes me so happy to see our friends being so supportive of mills.

"Thanks Em, you're support and all of you means the absolute world to me", she says with a big smile on her face and I'm so happy we have these people in our lives, they're truly the best.

"And padds, what about you?", emma asked paddy.

"Not really sure right now, I'm enjoying time off with the family and I'm at the studio with my band too, so let's see what's gonna happen but it's exciting and like milly said, I'm excited for you guys to get to work and to watch as a fan", he then receives a text and sends it to me and it's from the driver who is waiting for milly's mum and brothers at the airport and said they've landed and it's waiting for them to get their suitcases and drive them to milly's flat. I texted paddy: thanks mate and we kept going.

We all had an amazing night laughing and talking with our friends, had an amazing dinner and at one point, the chef came out of the kitchen to say happy birthday to milly, and the workers brought out a cake for her and all of us sang happy birthday to her and I saw the guys were filming this moment and milly was super emotional thanking everyone and hugging everyone and then she comes to me.

"Thank you baby for this and everything, I love you so much", she says with tears in her beautiful eyes.

"You deserves this love, so no need to thank me and I love you too", I answered back and I kissed her real quick while we hear the guys laughing and throwing jokes at us and we both laughed and she hugged me while sitting down again.

"So first off, thank you everyone for coming to celebrate Milly and her birthday and thank you all for being there for her and matt during these last couple of weeks and showing support and I'll say in the name of all of us", he's now looking at both of us, "we all love you and are with you and we're gonna support you in whatever way we can because we know and we've been witnesses of how much you love each other and as your friends, we couldn't be more happy that you guys have each other and cheers to more years ahead of you and many more birthdays and memories to have between all of us cheers!", paddy gave the perfect speech and I got emotional.

Milly was crying at this point and went to hug paddy and then hugged every single one of our friends and we all were emotional at this point and after paddy's speech, milly was hugging Emma and Liv, I went up to him to say thank you and went back to my seat and hugged mills.
