is this real? Milly and Matt #HouseoftheDragon

next chapter (matt's pov)

It's been a couple of months and we've been getting into our groove of our new normal. We finally decorated and finished fixing our new home that took a bit longer than expected but we needed to make sure it was the perfect house for us, and we love how it turned out. The only thing that we brought from my old house was the art that I've been collecting since I became an actor, milly brough stuff she had bought herself when she moved to her fist flat, and the rest we sold it and now everything else is ours. I've been loving seeing milly picking out stuff and while I've been on set on a new project she's been picking and buying stuff and sending me pictures of everything to make sure I'd love it too and nothing makes me happier than seeing her happy with this new chapter in our lives together.

"Babe, we have not many things left on the list after decorating the living room and I saw a couple of things for Bobby that I really liked", she says on the phone and a huge smiles comes to my face thinking how lucky I am to have her and how much she and Bobby love each other, "are you there Matthew?"

"Yes, sorry honey, I was thinking, and I love that idea babe, show me what you have in my mind but also go ahead, I trust you and I know he'll love it too."

"Thinking of what?", she says, and I blush thinking that nothing escapes her.

"Of you, how much I love you and how much I've loved seeing this side of you and also how much you care for Bobby and that makes me really happy, you have no idea."

"I love that little peanut and you more than I can express, and I love sharing these moments too. It's my first place of this house and the fact that I share it with you makes it even more especial and I want our home to feel that completely ours."

"It already does feel like that babe", I stayed silent for awhile since the producers were calling me to be on set, "mills I have to go back filming, but go ahead and pick what's left and send me pictures if you have any doubts or questions, ok? If I don't pick up is because I'm on set but go ahead."

"Will do, kill it babe, love you, see you soon."

"Love you too, thanks love."

It isn't until later that once I get to our home and I find them both sleeping on the big couch we picked which was the first thing we picked together once we had the keys that I knew that this is what I want for the rest of my life. I know she's young, but I have never been ready in my entire life or even close to making that decision of asking someone to be my forever and milly is it for me. If I have to wait years for her to actually marry me, then I'll wait, I don't care as long as I have her with me then that's it.

I get close to the couch when I feel her opening her beautiful eyes and she smiles at me, and I go and sit next to her, and she put her head on my chest and hugs me.

"You're home, there's dinner in the fridge if you're hungry", she says while trying to keep her eyes open.

"Thank you, you looked so peaceful while sleeping, bet the day was tiring."

"Not more than yours that was spent on set, but I got a lot of stuff done around the house and picking what was left on the list and Bobby loved what we got him, he already loves this place as I do."

"Can't wait to see the rest of those stuff you picked and I'm sure he already loves this place, it's home after all."

She smiles at me and grabs my face to kiss me and I gladly respond back, it's second nature at this point.

We kept kissing for what it felt like 20 minutes or so until my stomach starts fussing and she laughs.

"Your stomach has the worst timing ever", she says, and we laugh.
