Chapter 2- It started here

''Good Morning Manik'' Nyonika wished him as she saw. ''Why did you wake up so early? It's just 5 am'' Manik said pointing to the watch. ''Mukti must be on her way, call your manager, if he has received her'' Nyonika said to Manik. Manik called his manager as she told him and manager informed Manik that the flight has not landed yet. ''Mom, Mukti aa jaayegi, flight abhi tak land nahi hua'' Manik cooled down his mom. ''I cannot stay calm until I see her'' Nyonika sat waiting for Mukti and suddenly felt someone closing her eyes. ''Mumma'' Nyonika heard Mukti's voice. ''Achanak tum kaha se aa gayi?'' Manik asked as he saw Mukti and Nyonika immediately hugged her. ''I just wanted to surprise you, and you Manik, tumhe airport aana chahiye tha na, why did you send your manager?'' Mukti glared at him.

''I wish I could come for you Mukti but mom insisted me not to'' Manik blamed it on Nyonika. ''Mom, I know you would say this because tumhara rajabeta ka neend kharab nahi hona chahiye na'' Mukti asked Nyonika. ''No, if Manik had come to pick you up, you both will stuck there forever and you will go out with him, instead of coming home'' she had her reasons. ''Yes, this could be true'' Manik commented. ''Ok, I'll get ready'' Manik went to his room. ''Siya kaisi hai?'' Mukti asked Nyonika. ''She is fine, she said she will come to meet you, you go and get freshened up, tab tak breakfast ready hoga'' Nyonika asked Mukti to come back after getting ready.

''Dhruv, someone is waiting for you in the lobby'' Siya said to Dhruv. ''Ha, I have asked him to wait, he came for story narration'' Dhruv said. ''Narration ghar mein?'' Siya wondered as Dhruv usually gives appointment to such persons in the office. ''Ha, Alya has asked me to listen to his story, she kind of liked it'' Dhruv said. ''Oh, Alya ki recommendation, tabhi tho ghar aaya'' Siya pulled his leg. ''You know how she is! I thought let's give it a try, we can go forward once if we like the story'' Dhruv said. ''Ok, Mukti came home and I can't wait to meet her, so I'm going now'' Siya left home to meet Mukti.

''Hi aunty, good morning'' Siya wished Nyonika who is busy in arranging breakfast. ''Good morning, Mukti aate hai tumhare baare mein poocha'' she said. ''Kaha hai ye dono, Manik aur Mukti'' asked Siya. ''Dono apne kamrein mein hai'' Nyonika said and called for Manik and Mukti. ''Siya, maine tumhe bahut miss kiya'' Mukti hugged as she saw Siya. ''Even I have missed you so much'' Siya handed over a gift to Mukti. ''Hey Siya, good morning'' Manik wished her as he sat at breakfast table. ''She got a gift for me'' Mukti is excited to see the gift. She opened it and immediately went to washbasin to puke up. Nyonika went behind her. ''I just felt nauseated when I smelt this perfume'' Mukti said. ''But this was your favourite Mukti, I'm sorry'' Siya apologized. ''No, this was my favourite too, but right now I cannot stand few smells'' Mukti clarified. ''You are not at fault Siya, pregnancy mein aisa hi hota hai, nausea, not able to withstand few smells, mood swings, ye sab pregnancy mein normal hai'' Nyonika explained. ''Women are the greatest! They take so much to bring that little creatures on earth'' Manik said.

''Ha, when you see Siya going through this with your baby, you'll know that even better'' Mukti commented. ''What are you saying, bachche ab bahut dur ki baat hai'' Manik said casually. ''But imagine Manik, when you are married to her, you will responsible for her well-being and how happy you will be when she carries your baby, you will become a father'' Manik looked at Siya who blushed red. ''No I can't imagine me being a father'' Manik said unintentionally. Mukti and Nyonika burst into laughter. Manik's phone rang and it was Dhruv. ''Siya, Dhruv called me home, should I drop you?'' Manik asked. ''No, I'm going to meet Mithra now, she came from New York'' Siya said. ''So, you are going to meet your all NRI friends today!'' Manik asked her. ''Kya yaar! I thought you will be with me all day, but you are going now'' Mukti complained. ''Actually Mithra India 1 week pehle aayi thi, uske bhai ka accident hua, so she called me today while I was on my way here'' Siya said. ''Kaun Mithra?'' Manik asked. ''Mithra Srivastava, Rajesh Srivastava ki beti'' Siya said. ''Yeah, what happened to his son? I heard he is going to launch him soon'' Manik remembered.

''Ha, movie shoot mein injure hua tha, and he is advised to take rest for few months, so this project is shelved. Mithra bhi India aayi hai tho mujhse milne ke liye ghar bulaya'' Siya said to Manik. ''Ok, then you should go and see'' Nyonika said. ''Bye aunty'' Siya said and Manik offered to drop her till the car. ''I'll wait till you reach there, Dhruv mera wait kar raha hoga'' Manik said. ''Why did you say that there?'' Siya asked. ''What?'' Manik didn't understood. ''That you cannot be a father!'' Siya is visibly upset. ''Becoming a father is such a huge responsibility, I'm not ready for it yet'' Manik accepted. Siya left from there and Manik went to meet Dhruv. ''I was eagerly waiting for you Manik'' Dhruv rushed Manik to his drawing room. ''Alya has sent someone, I heard the narration and the story is too good, you must listen to him'' Dhruv said to Manik. ''Meet Cabir, his story is excellent'' Dhruv introduced Manik to Cabir. ''Hi Cabir'' Manik shook hands with him.

It took an hour to narrate story to Manik and as Dhruv said Manik is utterly impressed by him. ''Story bahut hi acha hai, would you like to sell your story?'' Manik asked Cabir. ''Sir, I want to direct this movie, please, I deserve a chance sir'' Cabir pleaded as he is tired of looking for his one chance. ''OK, I trust you but if I don't like your work the project may get shelved any time'' Manik said strictly. ''You may go now'' Dhruv said. ''I think the story is too good'' Dhruv is happy. ''Story achi hai, but I'm a bit confused about these debut directors, Siya and me are both in need of a blockbuster right now, I can't take any risk'' Manik said. ''Kuch nahi hoga, you both will make a great pair'' Dhruv assured. They both were waiting for Siya and Dhruv revealed the happy news to her. ''You will be surprised if you hear Cabir, iss baar hit guarantee'' Manik said.

''But I can't do this now Manik, I have agreed for another Project'' Siya said and Manik can't believe her.
