Chapter 86- The Master Plan

Manik's POV:

How can Nandini be pregnant? No, this can't be true. But why was he there at our place last night. Was he really there and is that why Nandini locked me up? What is she trying to prove by all this Rohan se shaadi ka drama. Muhurat tho inka shaam ko hai na, I will see what will Nandini do in the evening when she has to face me. What does she think of herself that she can win over me with these tactics. Ye Nandini hai kaha? I continuously dialed her number but all of them were unanswered. I felt like punching Rohan in his face but controlled myself till I get to know what they are actually planning! Is Nandini really pissed off with me that she actually tried to pull off this with him. Humare shaadi mein problems hai par itna bhi bada nahi hai ki wo aise karegi.

''This is so shocking about them'' Siya said. ''I'm not a mood for all this now Siya, aaj shoot bhi nahi hoga'' I said. ''Par mujhe tumse baat karna hai, its important'' she said. ''But mujhe ab mood nahi hai, jo bhi important hai hum kal baat karenge'' I said and asked her to go home by cab. I went straight to Cabir to vent out my frustration. ''Aaj bhi koi nahi aaya tumhare alawa'' Cabir asked seriously. ''Aaj shooting nahi hoga, I'm not in the mood'' I said. ''Tho pehle bataana chahiye tha na, ye kaha ka professional behavior hai'' he asked me. ''Ok, I wasn't here anyway, Nandini bhi tho yaha nahi hai'' I said. ''Tho wo hai kaha, apne biwi ke baare mein yaha kya bolna aaya hai ab?'' Cabir seemed to be angry on both of us. ''Cabir, I'm not instigating you, I just wanted to tell you about her. She is not there and I can't find her, Subah se mere calls aur messages ignore kar rahi hai'' I said. ''She didn't even picked up my calls too'' Navya said. ''This is not just that, aaj subah usne Rohan ke saath breakfast pe gayi and I went to meet Siya. And you know, Rohan has come there to invite all of us to his wedding with Nandini'' I said. 

''Ab ye kya naya twist hai? You both just said yesterday that you are married, and what is this now?'' Cabir asked. ''Wahi tho main bhi samajne ki koshish kar raha hu. Upar se ye Nandini phone utha nahi rahi'' he said. My intuition says that Rohan's intentions are not just right. ''I've tried many times to call Nandini, now her phone is switched off too'' Navya said. ''Can you try calling Rohan and ask him where is Nandini? Don't mention anything about their wedding as he might not know that you know about it'' I said. ''Ha usse phone karo'' Cabir also asked her to call Rohan. ''Waise bhi he told us that Nandini parlor gayi hai'' I said. Navya called Rohan and tried to inquire about Nandini. ''Kya! Hospital? Nandini ko kuch hua! Wo hospital kyu gayi?'' Navya panicked while talking to Rohan. I was curious to know what he said. 

''Wo bol raha hai ki Nandini hospital gayi hai. He did not mention which hospital is it but he said wo apne tests karne gayi hai'' Navya said. ''Kuch tho hua hoga na, isliye wo hospital gayi hogi, tumhe usse ye poochna chahiye tha ki wo hospital kis tests ke liye gayi'' Cabir asked Navya. ''Pregnancy tests'' I said in a low voice. ''Rohan also mentioned about the same, that Nandini went to hospital to get pregnancy test'' Navya and Cabir looked at me shocking. ''Ye sab kya hai Manik?'' Cabir sat beside me. 

''I have purposely not mentioned about her pregnancy, I thought Rohan might be lying with us. When I asked him, he said wo parlor gayi hai and Navya ko bola ki wo hospital gayi'' I said. ''Sorry to ask something very personal to you, Is Nandini pregnant by any chance?'' Cabir hesitated to ask. ''No way'' I almost shouted when he asked that. ''I'm sorry'' he said. ''We were married but aisa kuch nahi hua ki wo itni jaldi pregnant ho sakti hai'' I said. ''Nandini sometimes has irregular period cycle, usne kal mujhe bataya ki she didn't get her periods yet'' Navya said. ''Par ye uska normal routine hai, kabhi regular kabhi irregular. Ye changes tho lifestyle ki wajhe se bhi ho sakta hai'' Navya said. ''Inn sabka jawab sirf Nandini de sakti hai, kaun jaane ab wo kaha hai'' I said.

Why did Rohan came home last night? Is he trying to take advantage of Nandini. Ye Nandini bhi na! Usko kyu har baat bata rahi thi. Nandini can't be pregnant, there is no chance of a doubt as we consummated just now. Who is lying now? Why is Rohan getting married to her? If this is a lie, why is he inviting everyone. There is no chance that Nandini would tell him about us. Or am I thinking it the other way round. Nandini admires Rohan more than me. Had they been together before? Usne clearly ye bataya ki Nandini is forcing to get married. Humara shaadi bhi Nandini ki wajhe se hi hua hai. Kahi Nandini sach mein pregnant tho nahi hai?
