Daemon's Pov.

Riding into the gate with Dany next to me, I see Jon, Sansa, and probably the other lords and ladies waiting for us .

Dismounting my horse, I help Dany down, see I can be nice to her.

"Lady Sansa, I hope you're ready for another adventure. " I say with a smirk as we walk over to them .

"One adventure was more than enough, your grace." She says, and I give her a shurg before Dany speaks.

"Thank you for inviting us into your home, Lady Stark. The North is as beautiful as your brother claimed, as are you." Dany says, but uhm, does anyone else feel the tension?

"Winterfell is yours, Your Grace." Sansa says with no emotion in her voice or her face.

"Ha-" I  say as I turn around, but he's nowhere to be seen. "He's setting up camp with Greyworm, remember." Dany says, and I give her a nod.

"I need more friends." I mumble under my breath before I see Ser Loras walk  our way.

"Ser Loras, Jon, gather all the lords before nightfall we will meet here." I say to the two, give me a nod.

"Dany, settle in somewhere it's been a long journey." I say with a small smile. "As you wish, your grace." She says before she walks past me but not before placing a kiss against my cheek.

Did Drogon drop her off at some significant height? We don't really be affectionate, maybe because how busy and stressed everything is, I don't know.

Seeing a young man in a wheelchair I tilt my head to the side. Why does he look familiar? Must be me losing my mind again.

"I've been waiting for you." He says with no emotion. "And he's also waiting for you." He continues as I walk over to him.

"Please let us go somewhere private." He says, and i give him a nod before I start pushing his wheelchair away until we eventually reach Godswood, and i walk back in front of him.

"Who is?" I ask him with a frown. "The Night King, if you fall, the whole realm will be lost." He states, and what?!

"The one who will bond with them all will lead them for he's the King who'll tame the dragons. If you fall in battle, Daemon BlackFyre, everything will be lost." He says and why is it always me!

"What about the prince of princess who was promised? It was said they would bring dawn." I say because well that's the prophecy, right?!

"They can only bring dawn with the King who'll tame the dragons. The Night King will come for you, and you and your dragons need to be ready for when he does. Otherwise, the whole realm will be destroyed." He states, and I take a shaky step back before walking away from him.

He's trying to say that if I fall in battle, it will all be lost?! The faith of Westeros shouldn't be put on one man! Why is it always me?!

Walking out of WinterFell, I see the massive camp getting put up, but I ignore everything and everyone as I start walking over to Drogon, who's on  the ground.

"Why can't anything ever be easy, Drogon?" I ask him as I lay my hand on the side of his face.

"I do not know, but you will win, Father." His deep voice says, and I release a heavy breath as I slide down his body before I sit in the snow.

"And if I fall, he will win. It shouldn't all come down to one man, Drogon." I mumble as I lean back against his massive head.

"You will bring dawn, these men follow you, we follow you. And we will all fight to protect the realm, now rest." Drogon says, and I give him a nod before I close my eyes and just wait for sleep to consume me.
