After our dinner, he suddenly thought of stargazing with me. Assuming we would do this in our outdoor sunken sitting area, I volunteered to get a bottle of red wine and some snacks. To my delight, I found him setting up a tent in our backyard and adorning it with lights, creating a romantic ambiance. 

To top it off, he serenaded me with this timeless and deeply heartfelt love song while skillfully strumming his guitar.

I clutched the pillow tightly against my chest, feeling the butterflies in my stomach go wild. This is what it feels like to be serenaded by Chester. 

This is what it's like to be with him: spur-of-the-moment romantic dates. Comforting hugs when I'm tired from my daily grind, passionate kisses, and sweet words. Random gifts. My very own singer who sings just for me. A man who makes sweet love with me, and on some nights rocks me like a porn star. And finally, a knight who treats me like a royalty, making me feel like a queen.

Yes, this is what it feels like to be married to him.

Two days after we reconciled, our civil wedding took place, and it marked one of the most joyful moments of my life. I remember telling Chester that a grand wedding wasn't necessary; being Mrs. Samaniego was more than I could ever ask for.

However, Chester insisted on fulfilling my dream wedding. Consequently, several months down the line, we had our church wedding. The sheer beauty of it all was overwhelming as every intricate detail had been meticulously attended to. 

"That was perfect, bubbs! I love you." I wound my arms around his nape and gave him kisses on the lips. "I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you."

He set aside the guitar and gently lifted me, seating me on his lap. Almost instinctively, I wrapped my legs around his waist.

"How much do you love me, bubbs?" he asked softly while caressing my waist. 

"Sobra-sobra." Naglalambing na kiniskis ko ang tungki ng ilong ko sa pisngi niya. 

His mouth curved into a tender smile. "I love you."

He leaned closer and planted a soft kiss on my lips. 

"Should we sleep here tonight?" I asked as we were stargazing. 

"Do you want to?"

Pursing my lips, I turned to him and said, "I'm just thinking na you have made love to me in every corner of the house, but not in a tent yet."

Nakangising bumaling siya sa akin. "My bad. Let me do something about that then."

I giggled when he suddenly leaned in on me, but he swiftly hushed me with his kisses.
