"I hope you had a great time because I sure did."

I smiled. He's sure got the looks. Matter of fact, this guy is a hottie. He's got sense of humor, as well. Hence, our date went pretty well. But that's just it... 

"I hope you'll give me the chance to have a fun date with you again," he said, staring into my eyes. 

It was pretty obvious that he was smitten with me. I just gave him a non-committal response just like what I did with the other guys I went out on a date with. Nagpaalam na ako at pumasok na sa loob ng condo bldg. 

"He's what, the fifth guy? Or seventh?" 

I whirled around and smirked. "Sixth?"

"What, collecting men is your new hobby?" kuya Clyde said sarcastically as he walked towards me. 

"Dating," I responded cheekily. "What are you doing here anyway? Where's Selene?"

"At home. I just dropped by to discuss something with kuya Cale and checked on you, but you weren't in your unit because obviously you were out on a date again. With a different guy. Again."

I rolled my eyes. "Why do you make it sound so bad? There's nothing wrong with dating, kuya."

"No, there isn't. But-" He sighed. "You know what? Just do whatever makes you happy. Do it while you still can."

"You mean, until I'm ready to commit again?"

"Sure." He smirked, nodding. "Anyway, I'll go ahead. Selene and the kids are waiting for me."

"All right. Ingat, kuya!"

He turned his back to leave but then stopped and turned around as if he wanted to say something. I raised my brows. 

He shook his head. "Never mind."

"Weirdo!"

He just grinned and left. 

As the clock hit 5, I prepared to leave. Naghabilin na lang ako ng mga dapat gawin sa mga empleyado ko bago umalis ng Love Blossom. I went home to freshen up and change. I wore black top, jeans, pink blazer, and pumps. I just let my hair down and applied light make up on my face. 

I picked up my favorite perfume and sprayed it on my body then went out of my unit. Pinuntahan ko sa unit niya si kuya Cale. He opened the door, looking like he had just showered. Basa pa ang buhok niya.

"I need a favor, kuya?" I said in a sweet tone.

He raised his brow. "Where?"

I smiled sheepishly and told him the name of the restaurant. He shook his head and told me to wait for him as he went to get his car key. Hindi na siya nagpalit ng damit. He was just wearing shorts, white shirt, and slippers.  

"Another date?" 

"Yup!"

He snorted. "And this date can't even pick you up? Lame."

I just chuckled. As his car halted in front of the Italian restaurant, he told me to give him a call once I was ready to go home. In return, I gave him a sweet smile and thanked him. 

"Hi. I made a reservation. Claire Imperial."

"This way, ma'am."

The server led me to my table. I thanked him and said I'd order later. It was just 7:30 in the evening. Ang usapan namin ay 8pm. Napaaga ang dating ko. Pero hindi naman ako naghintay ng matagal. I stood up and smiled as the person, I had been waiting for, arrived.
