Izuku looked at the now seething father of his girlfriend, feeling more than a little nervous considering the fact he flat out admitted to dating his daughter outright. It was more of a impulse than anything, because he had only heard of this man and thought he should know the truth at the very least.
Mr. Hatsume's face seemed to become a dark shade of red as he clenched his fist, his knuckles turning white as he took a long and deep breath.
Mr. Hatsume: "I will give you, approximately five seconds before I reduce you to a simple stain on the floor." he said in a calm tone, his underlying anger being more than obvious.
Izuku: " I know that your mad right now," he said, "And I wont tell you to calm down because that wouldn't help anything-"
Mr. Hatsume: "Three seconds." he seethed.
Izuku: " But I want you to know that I love your daughter very much and I'm sorry if you think I'm undermining you, but I promise you that I hold her best interest at heart every moment of my life and every second I spend with her. " he quickly said, " Your daughter is one of the best things that has happened to me, and I wish to have a nice relationship with you as well."
Mr. Hatsume stopped as he listened to Izuku for a moment, taking a moment to compose himself and return to his cold nature.
Mr. Hatsume: "What do you mean, ' A nice relationship.'" he said, "If you truly wanted a good relationship, you would've come to me like an adult and explained your intentions. Though now in this situation, you'll say whatever I want you to say."
Izuku: "Debatable." he said, causing a vein to bulge on Mr. Hatsume's head.
Mr. Hatsume: "Debatable, you say," he muttered.
Izuku: "Yes, because if I say what you wanted to hear, for that I would need to be afraid of you." he pointed out.
Mr. Hatsume then scanned Izuku again, looking at him from head to toe once more.
Mr. Hatsume: "Your demeanor has changed," he said, "You seem a little more.. agitated."
Izuku: "That's because I don't take kindly to people doubting my emotions." he said, " I say what I think is truthful, when I want to make a point. I wont back down because you don't approve of me."
Mr. Hatsume then let out a small huff, a smile coming to his face. It was slightly unsettling to Izuku. From all the stories he heard about this man, ones about him smiling were only about a slight smirks or what seemed like one from a passing glance.
Mr. Hatsume: " I applaud you for your.. courageous sense of self worth, but I couldn't care less about your word." he said, his grin turning into a cold glare, befitting of his title, " Your time ended a long while ago since I decided to humor you, but that wont protect you from what's coming next."
Suddenly, Izuku felt the sensation of Danger Sense activating. A sharp feeling coming from his right side before he quickly jumped back, a red laser shooting past him before hitting the wall, making a charred mark.
Mr. Hatsume: "Agile." he said, "A good quality, but that wont protect you from any dangers the future. I am a man with horrifying quantitative power beyond the comprehension of most, if this is the limit of your capabilities, then you should abandon this all while your still ahead."
Izuku: "Am I right to assume that this is a test?" he asked.
Mr. Hatsume: " This isn't a test, it's a warning." he said before lightning seemed to spark of off every surface in the room as he held out his arms. "My quirk is Techno Kinesis, to put it simply I have a form of control over technology." he said as multiple laser protruded out of the wall and aimed at Izuku, " And unfortunately for you, this entire district is owned by me."
