= A few days later
A group of black vehicles drove through the streets of Japan, driving in unison and making the same turns moving throughout the city before they turned down to a section of the city that was less populated with business and more saturated with high costing homes.
Chisaki: "Have you found out anything about that person I encountered?" he asked.
Hari: "Yes, though the information was... limited." he said, " I was able to found out a couple of things about the person you met." he said as he pulled out a tablet, "From your description I was able to find a boy named Izuku Midoriya."
Chisaki: "Midoriya..." he muttered mulling over the name, "That sounds familiar."
Hari: "That is more than likely because of his reputation," he said, "He had the best scores in the U.A. exams and came in first during the sports festival." He informed, " His quirk was said to be super strength, though there are things that would disprove this."
Chisaki then paused for a moment.
Chisaki: "What would disprove his quirk?" he asked
Hari: " Well, there has been multiple points in the sports festival where he also displayed extreme speed, reflexes, with the addition of skill and quick thinking," he explained, "Though this could also be explained away by saying his strength has versatility and that he is very adept in his abilities... but he has also displayed electricity shooting out from his body at disintegrative levels."
Chisaki: "Are you implying he has multiple quirks?" he questioned.
Hari: "That is what I'm implying, yes." he said, "But to say that he is affiliated to All-For-one would be a stretch."
Chisaki: "Why is that?" he asked, "The very precise of more than one quirk should be more than enough proof."
Hari: "That's because we've looked into his personal life." he said, sliding his finger across the screen, "He seems to be receiving therapy at an official office, his records of presence have never had a break in the consistency, which makes me believe that he may not have been under All-For-One all. That or he was only under his control for a short while."
Chisaki then pondered for a moment.
Chisaki: "That does seem possible," he muttered, "He's not stable," he said, "When I first met him, he was talking to himself, breathing like his he was injured... thought the moment I got close enough, he nearly killed me."
Hari then looked up from the tablet and looked at Chisaki.
Hari: "Are you sure he is a good fit?" he asked, "If he's this unstable, then-"
Chisaki: "Are you questioning me Kurono?" he asked, looking at Hari with a growing anger.
Hari: "No sir." he said quickly, bowing his head.
Chisaki: "... I want you to get someone to tail him." He said, "I don't know what he does with his time out of school, but it's more than just therapy."
Hari: "Yes sir." he said, giving a small bow.
Just then, the car came to a stop, the sound of footsteps coming from outside the car before the door was opened. Two lines of people were outside as they bowed, lined up on the side of the carpet that was laid out for Chisaki.
Chisaki: "Looks like we're here." he said before he turned to his side, "Come on, we have little time." he said to a small girl who was trembling in fear.
= On a nearby building
Izuku watched on top of a building, observing Chisaki as he walked out the car with Eri at his side, the young girl being pulled along as she was forced into the compound.
