"You're working another late shift?" Buck asks as he watched Lindsey pull her hair into a ponytail. She had been running around her house trying to get ready so than she wouldn't be late. Buck had come over to spend some time together. Unfortunately for him, their time had to be cut short.

"This is your third night in a row where you worked the night shift. Don't you think you've working yourself a little too hard?" He asked her. He had been sitting on the edge of her bed, Lindsey standing in front of him. "That guy is still out there. I'm not going to stop until we catch him."

She moved towards her closet to grab her bag. Buck stood up from the bed. "And you will but don't you think you're pushing yourself a little too hard?" Lindsey laughed as she walked back over to him. "That's funny coming from you." Buck rolled his eyes and then looked down at her. His hands wrapped around her waist and he pulled her closer to him, "Linds, I just don't want you to hurt yourself."

Her eyes fell down to the ground for a moment. She could feel the tears but she pushed them away. Looking back up at him, in a quiet voice she said, "I just really need to catch this guy." Buck could see it in her face and could hear it in her tone, this case meant something to her. He wanted to ask what, but he didn't want to push her into telling him things that she wasn't ready to say. "Yeah...yeah okay...you'll catch him. I know you will."

Lindsey smiled at him and then looked down at her watch to check the time. "I gotta go. Can you turn off everything and lock up for me?" Buck nodded, "Yeah, I got it. Be careful okay." She leaned up to kiss him. Pulling away he said, "I love you."

"I love you more."

"It's 2020. How is it possible that this man just disappeared into thin air?" Athena asked as she stared at the photos. "No movement on his credit cards. He hasn't been back to his house or his office. Still looking for the car, but he'll turn up." Lou said as he leaned against the table.

"And then what? Even if we find him, we still don't have any physical evidence that proves he raped anyone. No fingerprints, no DNA. Just videos of a man in a mask attacking these women." Athena ranted and Lindsey sighed, taking a sip of her coffee.

"Still blaming yourself for losing him? Because you didn't."

"We had him, Lou." Lindsey spoke up and the man shook his head, "Not your fault. In fact you two are the reason he's in hiding right now instead of targeting his next victim."
