**Edit as of March 21, 2013~ I realized I already have a chapter called 'Phoenix' so I re-named it! :)**

Hey Wattpaders!

First things first; this is a bit short chapter, because I'm tierd, and I still have a lot of homework. Well, it might not actully be short, but it seems short to me.

I'm not sure when I'll post again, hopefully soon 'cause I'm on SPRING BREAK next week. :) Then again, I may be going out of town, so I'm not sure when I'll post again.

I'm asking for30 votes, and 25 comments. Normaly, I wouldn't ask for that many, but I think you'll all want the next chapter up soon, and I think it will be awhile before I'm able to post again.

And also, I'm still having a bit of writers block, so I need any advice, ideas, or imput you have!!!!!

PS~ Unedited! Sorry!

Leo POV

“So…Haunted, huh?” I asked, leaning on the fence that went along the small, rocks that lead up to the Shrieking Shack.

“Yep. Most haunted in Britain they say. Must be if the ghosts avoid it like they do. Sealed up too, Fred and George tried to get in a few weeks ago.” Ron told me, not going to close to the fence, hanging back with Harry who was under his Invisibility Cloak.

“Damn.” I sighed, slumping down on the fence. I’d thought that a good dose of adrenalin would snap me out of the daze that I’d gotten my self into when I’d woken up to my dad standing over me with a knife.

No! Damnit he’s not your dad! I hollered at myself, clenching my hands in fists to hide the smoldering flames that had shown up in my palms. I cracked my neck and kept staring at the broken down shack. I rolled my eyes as I heard the annoying, snotty voice of Malfoy.

“…should have an owl from Father any time now. He had to go to the hearing to tell them about my arm…about how I couldn’t use it for three months.” He said cockily. I clenched my jaw as I thought about what they where talking about.

Hagrid had gotten the ruling for Buckbeak. He was to be executed. Phoenix was in tears, running down to the hippogriff and hugging him tightly around the neck as she cried. Harry was going to go and get her for dinner, but I told him not to, for two reasons; One, Phee was probably talking to Buckbeak, and she didn’t want anyone to know about her abilities yet. And two, it wouldn’t do any good. He’d just go down there and be ignored.

“I really wish I could hear that great hairy moron trying to defend him self…‘There’s no ‘arm in ‘im, ‘onest-” The hiffogriffs as good as dead-” he continued.

“Shut up Malfoy.” I growled, loud enough for Malfoy to hear. “Little children who play with fire tend to get burned.” I said lowly, raising my hand to my own face to see the blue flames flicker up and tickle my cheeks as I smiled at my own joke.

“What are you doing, Mud-Blood?” Malfoy asked, ignoring my warning, and Ron. “House hunting with Weasley?” he asked. Huh. I guess he didn’t ignore Ron.
