Hi!

Sorry about the late update! Things just keep getting in the way of me posting!

Also, I have an announcement.
After I finish Finding The Way, I'm thinking of taking a break from posting. I'll be focusing on some original stuff, and doing the not-so-fun activity that is trying to find a summer job.

I'm not saying I'm going to do this, and I'm not saying I'll completely abandon this little series I have going on, it's just that I have a lot of other ideas that I want to get down, and this story is cutting into the little time I have to write. Also, it's really adding a lot of unneeded stress. I request votes to kinda just reassure myself that people actually like what I'm writing. I LOVE it that you all want to to update ASAP, but it  might be awhile between updates now. I'm kinda lousing my motivation for this story, it's almost becoming a burden.

I'll probably pick it up again after I start some other story, and update it slowly and randomly when waves of Potterness hit me.

BUT DON'T WORRY! I'M FINISHING THIS STORY. I PROMISE!

I only ask that you bare with me and deal with my stupidly slow updates.

“Got’a remember how I did that,” Leo said, looking at his hands as he leaned on the door frame, a small smile on his face.

“You shouldn’t have done that.” My father said quietly, looking at each one of us for a moment. “You should have left him to me.

I saw his eyes. They were honest.

“Oh...We attacked a teacher...W-We attacked a-a teacher-” Hermione whimpered as she got up off the floor. “We-We’re going to be in so much trouble-

“Calm down Hermione,” Trinket said. I hadn’t heard that tone in her voice before. She sounded..

She sounded like a mum.

“I’m not saying I believe you.” Harry said, looking at Black and Lupin, still holding my wand.

“Then it’s time we gave you some proof.” Trinket said, stretching her arms oddly enough and cracking her neck. “You-Uh-Richard,” she said, looking at Ron.

“His name’s Ronald, love,” Black mumbled to her, making her spin around and glare at him.

“Go ahead sweetie,” she snapped. “Poke the angry mama bear with a stick. See what happens.” Black’s eyes widened a bit and he took a step back in shock.

“Ronald, please?” My mum asked, holding out her hand.

“You're trying to tell me he broke out of Azkaban just to get his hands on my rat? Even if Pettigrew did turn into a rat-There are millions of rats! How’s an Azkaban prisoner supposed to know the one he’s looking for?” Ron babbled, holding the struggling, silent Scabbers tighter.

“Ok, that’s a fair question,” Trinket amended, looking back at Black expectantly. Lupin was interested in the answer as well. I was leaning into Leo’s side. I was exhausted.

Black grumbled and started to go through his robes. He pulled out a Daily Prophet from the end of this past summer, the one with the picture of Ron’s family in Egypt.

“How’d you get that?” Lupin asked, stunned.

“Fudge.” Black grunted simply. “He came to inspect Azkaban last year, gave me his paper. And, there, on the front page, on the boy’s shoulder, Little Peter. I’d know him anywhere. I’d seen him transform countless times. The caption said Ron’d be going back to Hogwarts...”
