She opened her eyes, they felt so heavy, heavy like she had been asleep for days. Her body felt on fire. She sat up and looked around and saw a very large man stood in front of her, a man she has never seen before."What's going on? who are you?" That strangely tall man stood there, she didn't know what was expected at that point, just waited for her parents to storm through the door and save her from whoever this man was. It felt like maybe it was a dream, maybe she must have taken a nap, but the worry was why he was here in her bedroom. The man walked closer and bent down, he was still rather big kneeled down
"Hello Rhiannon, I was summoned to take you to a special school for special people like yourself!"
"Special people like me? What's that supposed to mean?" She responded with a defensive giggle but still remained worried "Witches and Wizards...Magical beings, stuff like that of course!" He stood back up and placed his hands on his large stomach "I have no idea what you're talking about, this has to be a joke or something, did my parents hire you to scare me?" She sat there, shaking her head in confusion "That's not important right now, Dumbledore needs us to hurry to Hogwarts to get you settled and all that" He started to walk toward the bedroom door
"Who is Dumbledore?! And who are you?" This was starting to feel like a dream anymore.
"I am Hagrid, I am a grounds keeper at Hogwarts and Dumbledore is the headmaster of the school, amazing man he is, now, no more chit-chatting we need to leave" She stood up, trying to pack some things and trusted she would be safe and that her parents would stop them at the door.
"You won't be needing that stuff, after we get you settled first. We will get you new stuff" She stood up straight "Alright then. Shouldn't my parents background check you to make sure you aren't a creep or something?"
"You can't see them right now, I can assure you, you will be safe though"
"What do you mean I can't see them? what did you do with them?" She walked closer with a defensive tone "Now Rhiannon I didn't do anything to them, we need to get you to Hogwarts, you will see them again don't worry, I promise" little did she know this would be the last time she saw them, for awhile anyway.
