Chapter 10: The Plan

Jk's POV

After class, I decided to talk to Andrew and Bryan. They're my friends.

"Bro, baket?" Andrew asked.

"May sasabihin ako." I said.

"Ano naman yun? Mukhang babae yan bro." Bryan said.

"Yes. Bryan you can read my mind huh?" I said laughing.

"No. I can just see it on you." - Bryan

"Okay. So, I have a plan." - Me

"What is it?" - Andrew

"Do you know Kristine?" I asked.

"Yes. She's our classmate, what about her?" - Bryan

"This girl has a crush on me. And she already confessed her feelings." - Me

"And?" - Andrew

"She's so irritating." - Me

"But you care for her, right?" - Bryan

"Yes. But those things are not true." I said. They got shocked. "You thought I like her, right?" I asked then they nod.

"Yeah? And so what is your plan?" - Bryan

"I don't like her. I really really don't like her." - Me

"I'm sure you'll regret what you've said, soon." - Bryan

"I don't think so. But if that happens, I'll just apologize." - Me

"That won't work but what is your plan?" - Andrew

"I'll play around." - Me

"What do you mean?" - Bryan

"I'll pretend that I love her and I want to be her boyfriend. I'll just observe on how much she loves me. I don't want to do this, but she's so irritating. I don't really like her. I'm sorry for doing this." I said. "Just understand." I added.

"When will you start?" - Andrew

"After her birthday." - Me

"One week after?" Andrew asked. I nod.

"Okay. So let's arrange it." - Bryan

After we talk, I went home. I was so tired. Then I went inside my room. I sighed. "I'm sorry Kristine if I'm doing this to you." I said while looking at her photo on my phone. I just slept because of too much tiredness.

Andrew's POV

After class, Jk told us that I, Bryan and him are going to talk about something.

I didn't expect those words that will come from his mouth.

After we talk, Jk decided to go home. But I talked to Bryan.

"Bro, tingin mo seryoso yang si Jk?" I asked.

"Sa tingin ko... Oo. Makikita naman sa mukha niya." He said.

"Pero diba di naman ganyan ang pagtrato niya kay Kay?" I call Kristine as Kay kasi ang haba ng pangalan niya eh.

"Diba nga sabi niya, hindi totoo yung mga yun? Gawa gawa kumbaga o pakitang tao." He explains.

"Backfighter si Jk. Bro. Ano kayang mangyayari pag nalaman 'to ni Kay?"

"Ewan ko. I think she'll cry for weeks. Alam mo namang patay na patay yun kay Jk." He laughed.

"Serious bro." I glared at him.

"Okay sorry, sa tingin ko kaiinisan niyan si Jk. Sino ba namang di maiinis kung gagawin sayo yun, diba?" I nod.

"But he's so harsh." I said then we went home. I wonder why Jk thinks of a plan like that. I know his a good person. But I think he has a good reason.

Bryan's POV

Me, Andrew and Jk talk after class. He says he has a plan. It's about Kristine. I texted him.

Me: Bro. I'll go to your place.

Jk: Yeah sure, bro.

I hurriedly went to their house but it's traffic along the way so I decided to walk. When I reached their house, I rang the doorbell and saw Tito Jovanni.

"Hi po, Tito, asan po si Jk?" I greeted and asked.

"Nasa kwarto. Puntahan mo na lang."

"Okay po."

I went to his room and saw him talking to someone.

"Bro!" I shouted.

"Sshh!" He says placing his pointing finger on his lips. "I'm talking to her!" He whispers.

"Kristine?" I ask. He nods.

I wait for him to end their call so I can talk to him.

• After few minutes of waiting •

"Bye!" He said while hunging up his phone. "Why did you come here?" He ask.

"Just want to talk." I said.

"About?"

"THE PLAN." I said emphasizing every letter of those words.

"Okay. How about it?"

"Are you serious about that?!"

"Bro. We have talked about that."

"I know. But. Why are you doing this to her? Pinapaasa mo lang siya." I asked concernly.

"Hindi ko alam. Basta pumasok lang sa isip ko." My eyebrows met each other in disagreement.

"I'm not convinced with your explanation." He sighed. "I'm doing this because I want to hurt her."

"But why?"

"Don't wanna talk about it."

"Okay, it's your decision. Wala naman kaming magagawa ni Andrew."

"Tulungan niyo na lang ako. Tsaka dapat walang makakaalam."

"Sige. Pero san mo gagawin?" I asked.

"Di ko pa alam. Iniisip ko pa." He answered. I nod. Someone knocked at his room and Tito Jov came in. "Bryan, dito ka na kumain. Bumaba na kayo."

"Sige po. Salamat."

Kristine's POV

I'm feeling something that is not really good. Parang may mangyayaring masama. Sobrang kinakabahan ako. I texted Sandy.

Me: Bestie, punta ka dito. May problema ako.

Sandy: Ok. Just wait for me there. I'll just dress up. Okay?

Me: Okay. Hurry up.

I waited for her for about 10 minutes, then she already arrived.

"Hi bestie!" Sandy greeted and kissed my cheeks.

"Hi. Tara akyat na tayo." I said dragging her to my room.

"Okay. What's your problem?" She asks.

"Di ako mapakali. Feeling ko parang may mangyayaring masama e." I said.

"Ano naman yun?"

"I don't know. Parang kinakabahan ako. Hayy!" I sighed.

"Okay. Wag mo nang alalahanin yun, baka masyado ka lang nag-iisip. Let's not talk about it." She advised. I nod.

Woah! I really don't know what to think. Why do I feel this? Is there going to happen on me?

"Don't think about it okay?"

"Yes."
