And Gary and Grace put their relationship under the microscope.
And we'll get to all that...
Or at least that's the way things might go...
Dressing room
After your beach hut interviews, you and the girls gather in the dressing room, freshening up after your dates.
Hope says to the makeup artist, "...pass me that eye liner, will you, Lottie?"
"Sure. If you spill the beans about your date with Jakub."
Hope fiddles with her braids. "Only if Grace and Priya spill first!"
Lottie turns to you. "Come on, girls! Ok. We need the tea!" And also, Marisol requests more details: "We need the deets!"
How do I feel about the date? "It was fine. Nothing mind-blowing. Just a decent, simple date."
Marisol took a sip of coffee before adding, "Wow, don't sound too excited, Grace."
You were tidying up your hair by running a brush over your styled soft waves, pausing to respond, "Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad. I just wasn't that into it, to be honest. I wish I'd been on a date with Gary instead." I'd love to get up close and personal with him in private.
"I get that. Sorry it didn't go so well, babes. Maybe it was just the setting, or, you know, the other guests." Hope smiled at you knowingly.
You put down her brush as you giggled. "Yeah, I suppose having the guy you're coupled with sitting at the next table can be a bit of a distraction."
"Ah! It was one of those dates." Priya nods at you with a grin. "To be honest, I didn't feel any chemistry. He was telling me that I was his type and that I was beautiful. But I'm not sure I felt anything."
Hope says warmly, "Oh, that's a shame. But it's only the first date."
Priya reapplied a bit of lipstick to freshen up her appearance before admitting, "Though it was fun to get to know someone new. He's really fit, and he's tall. He did say he's coming in to spice things up. But I was like, "Oh, OK."
Marisol looked up from curling her hair. "I hope it's the right kind of spicing up." Priya continued, "And he complimented me a lot. I was like, 'Yeah, make my head big, thank you.' Keep going. Make it flow, make it flow."
"Well, that's one bit of gossip down. Your turn, Hope!" Lottie stated, putting her things back into her makeup bag before closing it.
"It feels weird talking about my date with Jakub while Priya's right here. The whole Operation Nope thing still feels really awkward."
