As the sun sets on day one.
it's the islanders' first big night and
everyone is dressed to impress.
Dressing Room (DR)
In the dressing room, the girls are getting ready for the first night party. The whole room is filled with glitter spray and a heady mix of perfumes. A variety of beauty and makeup products, jewellery, and clothing were spread out on the floor and on the vanity tables. Grace sat down and pulled her hair into a top bun and began her normal moisturising routine after she had showered and washed her face; showered and washed her face; toner, face serum, and hydrating facial moisturiser. All brand names were taped off per Love Island rules.
"Girls, how are you feeling our first night and that?" Grace asks as she is finishing applying moisturiser.
Hope had changed into a pair of white ripped skinny jeans and a leopard print tied crop top with a plunge neck and flared sleeves. "I can't wait!" gleefully exclaims Hope.
"I'm excited. It's gonna be nice to get to know everyone more," Marisol stated as she curled her hair.
"Is anyone kissing on the first night?" Hope asked.
Grace takes various items out of a gold pouch and jokes, "You are cos you're in love!" She squeals. "You're in love."
"Ok, maybe!" Hope giggles softly and adds, "I'm joking. I'm joking." The girls all laugh.
"Red lipstick means I'm not kissing anyone tonight," says Marisol as she holds two red tones up, deciding which one to wear.
Lottie shrieks, "Strewth! Imagine if any of them wore white jeans. Imagine if Rocco wore white jeans." Lottie stood up and checked herself in the mirror standing next to Hannah. They looked like polar opposites standing next to each other; Lottie was looking sexy in an all-black pleather party dress with sheer sleeves and shoulders that showed off her beautiful ink, while Hannah's pink dress, from Shein, was a sweet girlish style with ruffles.
Grace uses a beauty blending makeup sponge to blend and pat the coloured cream in various locations on her face. She took out two eyeshadow palettes: one with purples and greens, the other with nudes, beiges, and browns. Do you wear similar colours to match your dress, or do you do something 'out there'? She selected the richer tones of purple and green as they will pair well with my gold dress she is wearing tonight. She wants to create subtle smokey eyes and not be like, 'in your face'.
