Dressing Room

The scent of banana and mango hits you as soon as you open the door to the dressing room. Why does it always smell like a breakfast-buffet fruit salad in here?

Priya bounds over to you. "Here, babes, try some of this!" She's holding a brightly coloured bottle of body spray.

"What is it?"

"Just the best body mist you'll ever use." She sprays herself again, to demonstrate.

"Sure, why not?"

"Great!" Priya smiles brightly.

She covers your eyes with one hand, then sprays all over you with the other. A cloud of coconut-scented mist fills the room. You can always spot coconut lovers. They command attention in a room. They always seem to be well dressed, with beautiful jewellery. Priya. She reminded you of your older sister Sophia, who is dressed to the nines, stylish, and fashion-forward.

"Bloody hell, Priya!" Lottie shrieked while producing a light cough. She fans her hand around in a circular motion.

"Sorry, babes!" Priya says apologetically, then gives the makeup artist a dazzling smile, saying, "But now we're all fabulously tropical. Tell me that's not the best thing you've ever smelled."

Lottie grumbles. "I don't think that one is really my scent, you know? I prefer something darker and more intense." The expression on Lottie's face shifts into a half smile. "Cloves, sandalwood, that kind of thing."

Priya looked in Lottie's direction with interest as she spoke, "Babe, I totally get you. It's important to find the right scent for your personality." Priya claims the following: "Clove is spicy but warm. Sandalwood wearers are ambitious and set high standards not only for themselves but also for those around them." Priya neglected to express that clove is widely acknowledged to have a significant anti-stress effect.
