The next day, General Zheng's order to Zhou Rong was finally announced.

Chun Cao, Yan Hao, Ding Shi, and Guo Weixiang were assigned to the Special Operations Team, led by Tang Hao, to search for the ultimate antibody sample that had fallen into a zombie-infested area.

Zhou Rong was specially appointed and returned to his original role as the Central Guard.

Si Nan stood by the window, sleeves casually rolled up to his elbows, holding a cup of hot tea in his left hand, and his right hand in his pocket, revealing an adhesive bandage on his arm where blood had been drawn.

At the military district's gate in the distance, a military green jeep reflected bright sunlight. Chun Cao, Yan Hao, and others were fully armed, while Zhou Rong wore a white t-shirt, a black short jacket, and pants, looking casual and stylish as he bid farewell to his team.

Tang Hao, impatiently sitting in the driver's seat, kept checking his watch and it was clear that his patience had worn thin.

"Make sure your communication devices are ready. In critical moments, call Rong-ge, and Rong-ge will provide remote technical guidance. There is also a one in a thousand chance of summoning the formation to reveal its true form..."

Zhou Rong finally patted Chun Cao on the head and firmly held Yan Hao's shoulder, saying, "Alright, that's about it. I hope our 118... the members of the 6th Squadron of 118, are not afraid of difficulties, rise to the challenge, pool all of their luck, and restrain Colonel Tang's noob attribute, successfully complete the map, and clear the biological crisis instance as soon as possible."

Tang Hao yelled, "Who's a noob? Zhou Rong!"

Tang Hao slammed the car door angrily, but before he walked over, all four former 118 special forces members turned around.

Both sides stared at each other for a while, then Tang Hao rubbed his forehead and let out a long sigh. "You guys should calm down. The fighter jet takes off in ten minutes. What time is it now?"

Guo Weixiang seemed like he couldn't hold back from saying something but was restrained by Yan Hao, who shook his head slightly.

"Alright, let's go." Yan Hao picked up a 30-kilogram equipment bag from the ground, threw it over his shoulder, and approached Zhou Rong, giving him a tight hug. "Rong-ge, you haven't treated us to a meal since your promotion. Don't miss out on it after we return safely with the antibodies."

Zhou Rong said, "Sure, sounds good. We'll have a meal at the canteen with a spicy hot pot."

Chun Cao teary-eyed, asked, "Dad, will you go make a little brother with your new wife while I'm gone?"

Zhou Rong replied, "Of course, my silly girl. We'll have one as soon as you come back. Get ready to be a doting big sister, okay?"

Guo Weixiang said, "I don't have much to say. I only recognize Rong-ge as my captain... Ouch!" He was about to be slapped by Zhou Rong, and all of the bravado was crushed.

Zhou Rong said, "Get going!"

Zhou Rong watched them leave one by one, and not far away, Colonel Jin Hua stood under a tree, silently watching the last members of the team. However, Ding Shi didn't respond to her gaze; he kept his head low as if he had done something wrong, and quickly got into the jeep.

Tang Hao honked the horn one last time, and the jeep turned slowly, kicking up dust as it headed towards the port.

The dust lifted Zhou Rong's short jacket, revealing his sturdy waist, and the long pants slung low on his hips. He took out a cigarette box, flicked out a cigarette, lit it, and took a long drag.
