Athalia's POV

"Zavi uuwi ka na?" I turned around when I heard Caleb.

"Yeah."

"Sabay tayo!" he beamed as I nodded.

Umakbay siya sa'kin habang naglalakad kami pauwi. It's getting dark since we were past 5:00PM due to the journalism meeting.

As we walk to an alley natigilan kami nang biglaang may nagsilabasan na mahigit 30 tao at pinalibutan kami nito.

Shit.

Tangina wala akong dalang armas, Caleb is with me, there is fucking 30 masked people with different guns, daggers, knofe, katana and more.

How can I survive this and protect Caleb?!

I gripped tightly on Caleb's arm at itinago ito sa likod ko para maprotectahan. I can't let them hurt Caleb, not even a scratch.

If so, I would kill whoever the fuck sent them with my bare hands.

"Who the fuck sent you?!" malakas na sigaw ko.

They didn't say anything but I glanced at the man on the side, there I saw a familiar tattoo on his neck.

"Damn, you are Enrique's men." mahinang bulong ko.

Kailan ba kasi mamatay ang gago na iyon?

Mabilis ko na ibinaba ang dala ko na bag at tinanggal ang itim na contact lenses ko.

My deep purple eyes welcomed them as they all grinned.

Wearing contacts will just make things hard for me to kill them all. I guess this is the right time to show Caleb myself. My true dark self.

I scanned the area. This is a dead end dark alley. Kahit na sumigaw kami dito, walang makakarinig dahil masyadong malayo ito sa mga kabahayan.

I prepared myself for whatever happens. But the main goal still remains.

To protect Caleb at all costs. Even if it means me being injured.

First five men started attacking me.

Nauuna dito ang lalaking may hawak na katana. Tss, this will be fun.

He swift the katana, aiming my head pero agad ko itong naiwasan. Mukhang nagulat siya sa biglaang pag iwas ko kaya ginamit ko ang pagkakataong iyon para sipain ang gitna nito dahilan para matigilan siya at napaupo bago sumigaw dahil sa sakit.

He dropped the katana as I kicked it towards me and caught on its handle.

In a blink of an eye, I stabbed the four men without a sweat. Tila mistulang gulat ang lahat sa ginawa ko.

Then I glanced at Caleb, who was shocked as two men was holding him with a dagger on his neck. One move and they could harm Caleb.

Mabilis ko na pinulot ang dalawang dagger na hawak ng isa at buong pwersang ibinato ito sa dalawang lalaki na nakahawak sa kanya.

They were bullseye as they deadly plopped on the cold floor, lifeless.

Ibinato ko ang dalawang baril kay Caleb at mabilis niya naman itong nasalo. He aimed the gun to the five men trying to attack me.

I smirked.

"Not bad." sabi ko na ikinangisi din niya.

Then suddenly they all attacked us. Tangina 20 sila.
