"How come you're smaller than Namjoon in human form, but you're bigger as a dragon?" I asked my son in amazement as I climbed onto his back with Hoseok.

"The more powerful a dragon is, the bigger it is... Our human form has nothing to do with our power," Yeosang explained,

"What about the other dragon? Seonghwa? Isn't he coming with us?" asked Jungkook, fluttering in the air next to us.

"No, he's stalking the witch from the kitchen... what's his name... some honk" Yeosang rose up with powerful wing beats and seemed to know the right way without me even being able to tell him the direction.

"Ah, Hongjoong. I haven't even seen Seonghwa since he stopped being a baby dragon," I pouted.

"You don't need to know all the dragons, you have me and Appa, that's enough." Yeosang informed me, which made Jungkook start laughing.

"Yeosang, he's related to her too, don't worry, no one will take your mother away from you." he said, amused by our possessive son.

"Yah, Appa don't glitter all over me, I'm about to meet someone important, I don't want to look like a clown." Yeosang grumbled as Jungkook lost his fairy dust again.

"What's a clown?" asked Hoseok, who had been watching the whole thing with amusement.

"Oh well, they don't even exist yet... I always mix up the future, present and past... One day there won't be any more jesters, they'll be called clowns," he explained. It must be strange to know things from the future.

"There... there's steam coming out of the forest everywhere, those are the nymphs' hot springs." Jungkook pointed ahead of us to where white clouds were flying into the air everywhere.

"Oh dear, there are so many... How are we supposed to find the right one?" asked Hoseok, a little discouraged.

"We'll have to split up... You can recognize the source by the turquoise light shining in it. deep under the surface, you have to get close. But be careful, don't let yourselves be seduced by a nymph. Otherwise they will rob you of your life force," warned Yeosang.

"Don't worry, I'm loyal to my companions..." assured Jungkook and I nodded as well.

"I think our covenant protects us from seduction attempts by strangers." I agreed with Jungkook. Yeosang gave us a skeptical look after we landed. He changed into human form and ran off.

"We'll meet back here tonight before it gets dark." he called out to us, then disappeared.

"Are you as excited as I am? This is the first time we've been allowed out of the palace and to the springs... all by ourselves... I'm so excited." My best friend fidgeted around me, almost dancing.

"Yah Wooyoung... let's explore the springs first and rest in the water there... we definitely won't find someone to practice on on our first day." I laughed. He hoped that he could impress his parents by finding an instant victim. Shaking my head, I walked on until we came to a large spring that was overgrown with reeds all around, only one side was clear so that you could get in and out without having to squeeze through the plants. No other nymphs were allowed to go into the spring forest today so that we could be undisturbed. Being the crown prince had its advantages. We lay in the pleasant water for hours, moistening our scales, which began to glow beautifully. Nymph scales glowed when they got wet. We were dozing with our eyes closed when a soft cracking sound caught my attention. I swam to the shore and pushed the reeds aside a little and saw the most beautiful creature I had ever encountered.

"Woo... look... I think I've already found a victim... Get lost in another spring." I ordered him and he came swimming up, giggling.

"Woah Jimin... stop drooling, you look totally in love... She's just a victim, don't forget what you are and what we're doing..." he warned me not entirely seriously.

"But... I can keep her if I want to, can't I? I don't have to let her go again... " I looked sulkily at the girl who was getting closer and closer to our source. There was something mysterious about her, something dark, but at the same time she shone for me... more beautiful than the sun, whose rays glittered on the surface of the water...
