During the flight to the witch's castle, Wooyoung sat behind me and kept biting my shoulder and upper arms, but he didn't use his vampire fangs, but his normal nymph teeth, which weren't very sharp. Pulling my shoulder forward towards him, I turned slightly and shook my head.
"Say Woo... Am I the wolf or are you?" I asked him, to which he chuckled.
"Why don't you let me if I think you're a bit of a wolf?" He cuddled up to me, appeasing me, which made me forget my complaints immediately.
"Are these the new vampire habits, that you like to bite so much now?" I wanted to know and this time I had his teeth on my lower lip.
"No, I've always liked to nibble on things." he mumbled before kissing me.
"Stop making out on my back and hold on tight, we're landing." Yeosang grumbled, which turned my attention to the castle in front of us. I really didn't like being there, the witches had tortured me and that memory was attached to the place. I took a deep breath to brace myself as the dragon landed smoothly on the ground.
"Sangie, you don't always have to warn us before landing, I wouldn't have spilled a glass of wine just now if I had one in my hand." Wooyoung laughed and slid down the scales. Guards came rushing over and when I swung down too, I had several spearheads in front of my face. I stared at them with widened eyes, not even daring to blink as Yeosang's dragon roar rang out and he burnt the spears to ashes with a simple breath. Scattered cries of pain rang out as the guards dropped the glowing hilts, which made me grin. Yeosang turned and glared angrily at the men before they fell to their knees before him.
"If you threaten my companion again, Wooyoung will put you in a nymph fountain, which I will then boil before I impale you on your spears and make you boiled sausages," he threatened the now trembling men.
"What's going on here, do I have heard a dragon...? oh Celia, Yeosangie is here." Grandmother Mira came out of the castle and immediately ran towards Yeosang when she spotted him. The old witch was really fast for her age, already hugging him and kissing his cheeks, which he endured with a half-amused, half-frightened expression.
"Let the child breathe, Mira." laughed the other witch, who I liked far less as she had always led my torture. I let out a growl as she approached us, which earned me a nasty look from her.
"Do you have a room here for us and can you prepare for my parents' arrival? We would like to use the castle as a base so that we can better coordinate the rescue of the queen." Yeosang now asked.
"But of course, you're the second prince in line to the throne after your father, you don't need to ask... And we'll support you in everything, of course." Mira replied and Celia nodded.
"Good, then I'll fly off with San for the first reconnaissance, Wooyoung will help you prepare." he said and Celia eyed me critically.
"Are you sure you want to take this one with you? He could betray you..." she interjected and I clicked my tongue in annoyance.
"Halmoni, he's my mate... besides, he's just as against the Alpha as the rest of us, you did him a grave injustice. Though I understand that you acted as you did out of fear for your daughter." he retorted and she pressed her lips into a thin line... I would probably have to prove myself before she accepted me. Just as we were about to fly off again, Hongjoong's mother came to the courtyard, but before she could open her mouth, we heard Wooyoung.
"If you call me fuckfish again, I'll bewitch you with nymph magic until you fall in love with your latrine,,,
We both giggled as we took to the skies....
