"Are you trying to get close to her just because my mother asked you, or is there something else?" Dwayne asked sharply as he walked towards Luke.
"Think whatever you want. I just want you to leave us alone and go back to your country," Luke said. He was about to leave Dwayne, but suddenly, Dwayne took a gun from his sleeve and pointed it at Luke.
"Leave Mary alone. She doesn't need you," he said. Luke just smirked at him.
"And what if I don't? You'll take her together with Charlotte? You're just ruining her life." saad nito sabay harap kay Dwayne kahit alam niyang nakatutok sa kaniya ang baril
"You know that I am not interested on Charlotte, right? This is according to my plan and you're just ruining it" he said with a cold tone
"You're just hurting her feelings. You treated her as if she's your slave, do you think she will tolerate this?" Madiin nitong sabi sa kaniya
"I don't care, she's mine. She is something I can use in the near future. She can break off my marriage with Charlotte," he said, which made Luke laugh.
"What a nice joke, Dwayne. How can you make her break off your marriage? Will you marry Charlotte, and then suddenly, Mary will step up and do what you want?" he said while laughing hard.
"I'll just tell them that she's pregnant, and that will solve everything. My marriage will be canceled, that's it." confident nitong saad na nakapag pabago sa ekspresyon ni Luke
"Are you insane? If she's pregnant, the Glucksburgh will only take care her and the child. After she gave birth, they will ignore her as if she never existed" singhal nitong sabi kay Dwayne
"Tsk, you're so annoying. Stop messing up with me" inis na bigkas ni Dwayne
"I'm protecting and taking her away from you, I know how you play with women. You're my cousin and I know you too well, Dwayne" sabi nito habang nakikipag titigan kay Dwayne na nakapag pangisi sa kaniya
"Mary is tied up with me, she can't get away even you want to protect her." Sabi nito at hindi napigilan ni Luke na ilabas ang kaniyang baril na kanina pa niya tinatago sa kaniyang likuran at parehas na sila ngayon nag tututukan ng baril
"Lets make a bet, lets see who between us she will choose" muling saad ni Dwayne na nakapag patahimik kay Luke
He knows that there is a big chance that Mary will choose Dwayne over him. He can't do anything if it happens thats why he is thinking if he will accept the bet or not
"Are you afraid that she will choose me over you?" Nakangising saad ni Dwayne
"I'm not afraid, its just that I am thinking whether she will choose someone that hurt her multiple times or someone who has a big respect on her" saad nito na nakapag pawala ng ngisi sa mukha ni Dwayne
"Then I'm going to kill you if she choose you" matalim nitong sabi kay Luke
"Bring it on, I'm not scared" Luke said while smirking on him
Ang tensyon sa bawat isa ay mas lumalala at anumang sandali ay puputok na ang hawak nilang baril habang matatalim ang tingin ng bawat isa.
Biglang bumukas ang pintuan at parehas silang napatingin sa direksyon ng pinto.
"Did I interrupt you?" Tanong nito habang nakatingin siya sa hawak nilang baril
"Be careful, guns are so dangerous" saad nito sabay lapit sa dalawa at kuha sa hawak nilang baril sabay tapon sa basurahan na malapit sa kanila
