CHAPTER 61

Mary POV

Katatapos ko lang kumain ng isang buong cake at isang malaking bottle ng tubig ay agad na akong tumayo mula sa pagkakaupo ko. Nang makaalis na ako ay babalik na sana ako sa labas ng barko. Pag labas ko ay bumungad agad sa akin ang isang pigura ng isang lalaki. He is looking at me and so do I.

His eyes goes down from my face to my belly and a smirk suddenly drawn to his pinkish lips as soon as he saw it. Tsk I knew it, her really planned  everything. Just by looking at him, I knew that he is planning something that for sure I won't like it.

"Its been a while, Mary" as he said I suddenly got feel shiver.

I suddenly miss his voice by just hearing him calling my name. Its been five months but I still can't forget him. Argh! Nakakainis! Alam ko naman na hindi ko siya matatakasan kaya hindi na rin ako nag e-effort na makipag taguan pa sa kaniya. Ako lang din naman ang mapapagod kapag tinuloy ko pa ang planong yan.

Based from his expression, it seems like he already know everything. Alam ko na rin na alam na niya na buntis ako. Jusko! Kay Lucy pa lang, halatang halata na madaldal siya. Imposibleng hindi niya nakwento ang nangyayari sa buhay ko kay Elias at ito namang si Elias, syempre sasabihin niya rin sa lalaking nasa harapan ko ngayon.

"Oh ano? Ano plano mo? Pananagutan mo ako? Sabihin mo lang kung hindi kasi hindi ako mag dadalawang isip, ipapalaglag ko 'to" mataray kong saad sa kaniya and he just smirk at me as if he never heard what I've said

"I actually will visit you after 9 months but you show yourself to me so fast. And you just gave me a son which is make it more convinient, Mary." Dwayne said that makes me rolled my eyes

"Answer my question Dwayne. Will you take responsible for this child? Answer me if not then I have no choice but to abort this child of ours" I said with serious tone

"Don't you dare aborting that child Mary. I will take responsible to the both of you. I'll give you a comfortable life and you don't even need to work to earn money. " he said while looking at my eyes that makes me rolled my eyes again

"If you say so then I wont abort it but in one condition" seryoso kong saad sa kaniya at muling nag salita

"Let me have my freedom. Don't lock me up nor force me to live with you. Once I gave birth and our child is in right age, he can go with you but dont you dare take him away from me. We must share responsibility alternately. That's only what I want from you" sabi ko sa kaniya at tila ba'y hindi siya sang-ayon sa sinasabi ko

"I agree with you except on not living with you. Since you bear my seed, a lot of assassins and mafia will take your own life after all, you have my child. Do you think, you will be safe? Even after you give birth, they will haunt you" sabi nito at pakiramdam ko ay pinagbagsakan ako ng langit at lupa sa sinabi niya

A lot of people will haunt me just because I bear his child? Oh god, ano ba itong pinasok kong problema?. Laking gulat ko na lumapit ito sa akin at bumulong sa aking tainga

"For now, you just need to lay low. As of now, no one knows you're pregnant with my child. Protect yourself, Mary" saad nito at para akong kinuryente ng maramdaman ko ang pag dampi ng kaniyang hininga sa aking tainga.

Agad na rin itong umalis at iniwan ako na nakatulala. Hindi maalis sa utak ko ang mga katagang sinabi niya na hindi ko makakalimutan. Is it possible to me to die if everyone knew that I'm pregnant?

I know the risks it takes just for bearing the child of a prince of a country but it never cross to my mind about assassins and mafias that will target my life. What should I do then? In any minute, my life could be in danger if I didn't take extra measure to make myself safe.
