"I never said that I will marry Dwayne"

The moment she said those words, I know what will happen next if my son hear this.

"That's good thing to hear. I will never bother you again as long as you won't bother my grandson and Charlotte's wedding" my father said as he stand up and walk out of this room

"Father, if you don't mind, can I talk to her? Give me 10 minutes" I humbly asked permission to him and he just nodded as he go outside

"What do you want to talk about?" She asked on me while she is still looking down

"Even Dwayne propose to you now, you will never say yes to him?" I asked to her but she's not answering it

Probably, when my child hears this, there might be blood flowing in this place.

"Mary---"

"Can you please leave me alone? I promise, I wont bother you again even your son" she said in low tone that makes me take a deep breath before I talk again

"I'm sorry" I directly said to her and then she look at me

"I know I have committed many sins against you, but the only thing I want to say to you is I'm sorry. I also know that my behavior and treatment towards you have been too chaotic, but I hope you understand that I only did it because of Dwayne's grandfather."

"I've been obedient to him for a long time, so it's hard to refuse what he wants to be done. There's nothing I can do because in the entire Glucksburg and even in my clan, everyone is afraid of him. So, I had no choice but to follow him."

"When I replaced you with the fake Celestine, I made sure that when the parents you knew died, you would be taken to the Monteverde orphanage. One of my closest friends is the sibling of the orphanage owner. I had one of my men talk to their relative to bring you to the Monteverde orphanage. Of course, I felt pity when I separated you from your parents and I also regretted that"

"I also know that my apology is not enough, especially considering what Dwayne's grandfather did to your life, but I regret all of it, I really do" I said with a sad smile on my face. I really can't face her like this. Maybe, she wont forgive me from what I've done to her and I am ready to accept any punishment she may give to me to atone my sin

"Why are you saying this to me now?" She seriously asked on me

"Dwayne is such a hard headed person and also he can't express his love on someone if people wont help him to realize his true feelings" I state as I smiled at her

"Are you saying that..."

"Yes, one of my reason why I did this all to you even though it was Dwayne's grandfather order is because I want him to realize how important you to him. He need more push to confess his love on you" as I said this, I saw Mary blushing that makes me give them a little push

"Even you said this to me, his grandfather wont accept me" she said as she look down again

"Don't worry, Dwayne will fight for you. But everything will be okay, let me convince him for you" she look at me wierdly and its like she is thinking why I will do this just for her.

Well, its just because I love my son very dearly. I want him to be happy and if his happiness can only be found on Mary then I cant do anything about it and just accept it even I don't want to.

Yes, maybe I'm a villain in the first place but it doesn't mean that I will be a villain forever. I cant stand seeing my child becoming someone I don't even know.
