Dwayne POV
*RING RING*
Someone just call to my phone as I sipped my vodka while watching Fifty Shades of Grey.
"What?" I immediately asked upon answering the call.
"Do you already know the real culprit behind this killing intent?" Kaiden asked, making me smile a little.
"I'm pretty sure this incident is related to the assassins with black rose tattoos," I replied.
"They have a black rose on their body, that's the only clue we have. These assassins might be someone we know and close to you, so you need to be careful around everyone. They could attack you from behind without you knowing," I warned him, leaving him with a big sigh.
"I know that's why I trust you to help me with this, right? Besides, these black rose assassins are connected to Gabriel Villafuerte, the one you killed on that ship," he said, making me grin.
"Do you have someone in mind who might be the mastermind?" he asked, widening my smirk.
"It's a secret since I don't have any strong evidence yet, and I don't want to accuse someone abruptly. That's why I'm keeping it to myself, for now," I replied to him
"Whatever, I just need you to solve this case so I can assist you with your own matters in your country," he said before hanging up.
If I were him, I'd be surprised to know the real culprit behind that fake bomb. But it makes me wonder deeply, why would he do that? He doesn't hold any grudge nor reasons against Kaiden, so why instruct the assassination group to target Kaiden?
Oh well, this makes my head hurts---
"You're watching that movie? Seriously?" Tanong ni Mary na halatang nagising sa pinapanood ko.
We are in the same room kaya hindi na rin ako mag tataka kung bakit siya nagising sa ingay dahil nandito na ako sa scene kung saan ginagamitan na ni Christian Grey si Anasthasia ng mga bdsm equipments.
"At talagang dito ka pa nanood? Look its already 2:00 am, almost 2 hours pa lang tulog ko tapos gigisingin lang ako ng lintik na ingay nyan?" Galit nitong sabi na nakapag bigay sa akin mahinang tawa at may naisip na kalokohan

"Manahimik ka nga, akala ko ba mag bebehave ka ngayon ha?" Inis muli nitong saad sa akin at nag lakad papunta sa center table kung nasaan ang remote at akmang papatayin niya ito nang bigla ko siyang hinila paupo sa lap ko
"Ano ba! Bitawan mo nga ako!" Sigaw nito at lumayo sa akin
"Fine! Manuod ka lang dyan, wala na akong pake" saad nito at muling bumalik sa pag kakahiga at tinakpan niya ang kaniyang tainga
