"Bye, Wanda! Bye, Billy! Bye, Tommy!" I yell, slinging my backpack over my shoulder as I head out the door.

"Have fun!" Wanda calls back from the kitchen.

Let me back up a bit.

When vision died, Wanda didn't have anywhere to go. She was lost- just like I was. So, I invited her to move in with me. We found a bigger apartment, one with sunlight and enough space to pretend things were normal. A few months later, she looked into adoption. She and vision had always talked about having twin boys someday...so that's exactly what she did. Billy and Tommy Maximoff- eight years old, full of energy, and the only reason our apartment doesn't feel empty anymore.

They saved her in a way. Maybe they saved us both.

Peters POV:

Peter sat down in front of Ned, lowering his voice like he was about to reveal classified intel.

"I have a plan" Peter said

Ned raised an eyebrow.

Peter leaned forward.
"Okay, first- I'm gonna sit next to Elizabeth on the flight." He said

"Mm-hm," Ned nodded, serious.

"Second, I'm gonna buy a dual-headphone adapter and watch movies with her the whole time." He said

"Okay...." Ned still nodded.

"Three, when we go to Venice, Venice is really famous for making stuff out of glass, right?" Peter said

"True." Ned said

"I'm gonna buy her a bird-bill dayflower necklace-" he started

"Why that flower?" Ned asked.

"That's been her favorite flower since I met her" Peter said, like it was obvious.

"Four, when we go to Paris, I'm gonna take her to the top of the Eiffel Tower, give her the
necklace-" He continued.

"Oh." Ned said

"Then, five, I'm gonna tell her how I feel. And then, six, hopefully I don't ruin our friendship and she tells me she feels the same way." Peter said

Ned smirked.
"Oh, don't forget step seven," Ned said

Peter frowned, pen hovering.
"Step seven?" He asked

"Don't do any of that." Ned said

"Why?" He asked

"We're gonna be bachelors in Europe, Peter" Ned said

Peter groaned.
"Ned." He said

"Look, I may not know much, but I do know this: Europeans love Americans." Ned said

Peter blinked.
"Really?" He asked

"More than half of them are women." Ned added

Peter rolled his eyes.
"Okay. Sure, But I've liked Elizabeth for a really long time, man, okay? Shes funny, she's
beautiful-" he froze.
"She's coming." He said
