Peter managed to get through to the news and returned to us, eyes sharp and shoulders tense. "Okay, it could be any minute now" he said
"Yep- almost done" Peter 2 replied, carefully setting the last cure in place.
"You know Max was, like the sweetest guy ever before he fell into...a pool of electric eels" Peter 3 said.
"That'll do it" Peter 2 muttered, then he groaned. He leaned back, trying to pop his lower back. "Oh there it goes." He said
"You okay?" Peter 3 asked.
"Oh, it's my back. It's kind of stiff from all swinging, I guess" Peter 2 said
"Yeah. No, I got a middle back thing too." Peter 3 said
"Really?" Peter 2 said.
"Yeah. You want me to crack it?" Peter 3 asked.
"Yeah. Actually. That'd be great." Peter 2 said.
Peter 3 got up and told him to cross his arms. "You ready?" He asked.
"Yeah." Peter 2 muttered.
Peter 3 lifted him and crack. "Yep. That's good." He mumbled. "How is it?" He asked.
"Wow. That's good. That's better." Peter 2 said
"Right? Yeah. This is so cool. I always wanted brothers." Peter 3 said.
Then, almost immediately. "So, you like, make your own web fluid in your body?" Peter 3 asked.
Peter 2 froze. "I'd rather not talk about this" he said
"No. I don't mean to-" Peter 3 started
"Are you teasing me?" Peter 2 asked.
"No, no, no. He's not teasing you. It's just that we can't do that so naturally we're curious as to how your web situation works, that's all." Peter 1 cut in quickly.
"If it's personal I don't wanna pry, but I think it's cool" Peter 3 added.
"I-I wish I could tell you but it's, like, I don't do it. Like I don't do breathing. Like breathing just happens" Peter 2 said.
"Wow." Peter 3 mumbled.
"So, does it just come out of your wrists or does it come out of anywhere else?" Peter asked.
I instantly wanted to throw up. "Oh my Lord, Peter" I muttered.
"Only-Only the wrists." Peter 2 said
Peter 3 laughed. "Never had a web block? Cause I run out of webs all the time. I have to make my own in a lab." He said
"Right. That's-" Peter started
"And it's a hassle compared to what you got." Peter 3 added.
"Sounds like a hassle. But I did. You said that I was like. I had a web block" Peter 2 said.
