"Good news" Mr. Harrington says "We're going to the opera!" He said
"You're kidding me" flash scoffed.
"The opera?" Betty asks
"Don't look at me" Mr. Dell adds, hands raised in surrender.
"What happened to the carnival?" MJ asks
"This is upgrade living. Come on. The tour company just gave us this tickets for free! Do you have any idea how much opera tickets cost?" Mr. Harrington says, practically glowing.
"No because none of us have ever wanted to go to the opera, ever" Flash says flatly.
"Uh- I think this is gonna be culturally enriching for us" Ned said, trying to help.
"Thank you Ned. Everyone, this is gonna be maybe, the best four hours of our whole trip." Mr.Harrington said
"Four hours?!" Everyone echos at the same time.
Ned grins "Guys, I think this is gonna be really fun. Seriously." Ned said
We all dressed up in our nicest clothes. Even though I'd be back in my suit in less than five minutes, we still had a part to play.
"I bet now your all happy I had you pack a nice outfit" Mr. Harrington said
"Yeah because we'd much rather go to a four hour opera instead of the biggest party of the world" Flash mutters.
"Again don't look at me" Mr. Dell says
"Pandora, you copy?" Hill's voice comes through the comms.
"Yeah" I answer softly.
"Okay here we are. Beat the rush" Mr. Harrington beams.
"Yeah the rush out" Mr. Dell mumbles.
"Lucky for us we got the best seats in the house" Mr. Harrington says proudly.
"Hey. I'll save you a seat" brad says with a smile before walking off.
I stand there, trying not to roll my eyes, when Peter comes up beside me.
"You look really pretty tonight" he says
I smirk. "You saying I looked bad yesterday?" I ask
His face goes instantly red. "No! That's not what I meant! You look beautiful every day-" he starts
"Calm down, Parker" I say with a small laugh. "Im just kidding. Thank you." I said
He exhales, smiling. "You're welcome" he said
"You look pretty handsome as well" I add
"Thank you" he says quickly, trying - and failing- to hide his blush.
"Oh my gosh! Opera glasses!" Betty says grabbing a pair.
