Sitting here with a bunch of businessmen makes me hate everything like parties or galas. I hate the fact Enzo dragged me to one of these parties but I had to come as I promised him. Enzo Allister is one of Rohan's friends he always asks me to attend these things with him as all the women at gala's or parties throw themselves at him and I must pretend to be his girlfriend trust me when I say this the man is stupid.
"So darling you look gorgeous tonight" Enzo whispers in my ear and I just sigh Enzo is practically my gay friend he is not straight and that's one of the reasons he does not like attending these things alone as ladies tend to make him feel uncomfortable here. Enzo is your typical blonde with green eyes and loves Armani suits this man is into fashion.
My mind then drifts off to Ares i wonder what he is doing he said he has to work tonight I miss him for some reason.
I miss Ares's grayish-blue eyes and his brownish-black hair. I miss him. I just wish he was in front of me.
"One attractive little shit he is," I hear Enzo mumble under his breath.
"Who are you even talking about?" I ask him confusedly
"Just a business rival of mine the man is full of shit trust me but he has such a fine behind to look at," he says looking in a direction I turn to.
What is Ares doing here, he said he was working and he is here with Kylie out of all people. The jealousy in me is driving me crazy I can't deal with it as that should be me, not her. Only my arm should be linked with his arm around my waist.

"Rhea, are you okay?" Enzo asks."As you just zoned out here" he states
"Um I'm fine," I say as I drink my cocktail in one go. This night just got worse.
Ares may have felt me staring also as Kylie noticed me first and told him I was here because he turned his head towards my direction and he looks shocked to see me. He looks at me with so much sorrow and regret and it takes everything in me not to shout over the room "fuck you."
Ares then must have noticed Enzo because he clenches his jaw and looks furiously at me.
Yeah, you deserve it you fucker.
"Tell me why are you and Ares Walker having a staring competition, you guys look like you guys are about to have angry sex," Enzo says. I just give him a look that says not right now dude.
"It's a long story I will tell you later," I say as the waiter comes and serves me another cocktail.
I see Ares coming with Kylie trailing behind him as he walks fast toward my direction.
"Time for action darling," Enzo says which makes me feel a bit anxious as this might not go so well.
Ares arrives by me and greets Enzo but with a glare," Enzo Allister please to see you here" Ares says shaking Enzo's hands and I can tell Ares is mad by the way he is gripping Enzo's hand.
"Rhea you did not tell me you are dating Enzo Allister?" Kylie says gushing with a smirk on her face and I see Ares looking at me with an accused look, he does not get to play that card today he was not honest.
"We um.." I get interrupted by Enzo pulling me into his chest.
"We have been dating for months now. We kinda hide our relationship from the world as you know I'm a billionaire and the paparazzi is everywhere" Enzo says making this situation worse i don't miss the way Ares looks at Enzo's hand around my waist as he glares at it.
