He walks up to Aonung as they begin to stroll towards the exit. The marine boy is pleasantly surprised by Neteyam's obvious happiness.

Aonung- Look at that face, I can't believe you even thought about leaving this top behind.

He chuckles lightly, hardly believing it himself.

Neteyam- I'm glad you told me otherwise, though. Thank you.

Aonung- And now a "thank you"? Damn, I should make you happy more often.

Neteyam rolls his eyes playfully as Aonung opens the door, allowing him to walk out first.

A gust of wind suddenly blows so hard it nearly knocks him over, but Aonung is quick to lend a supportive arm behind him.

The erratic winds are making the rain pour in many different directions. Blowing against them from all angles. As Aonung lets the store door shut, he helps push Neteyam forward against winds, attempting to continue on home.

Unfortunately, they don't get far before another sudden gust shoves them sideways. Aonung is slammed into a wall, with Neteyam being blown right into him. The new attire may help with the temperature, but doesn't do a thing against the force of stronger winds.

No one else is dumb enough to be just walking, others are out in the stream on Ilu or Skimwings. Calling to his own was Aonung's first thought when they left campus, but still, he doesn't think Neteyam would ride well.

Neteyam stands against the wall, observing Aonung while he tries to think of something.

They can't make it back just walking, unless they want to get blown around a million times. Plus, there's a possibility they could be blown into the stream, it's just too dangerous.

Aonung looks up at the sky blinded with frayed lights through pouring rain. With a head shake, he simply slides down to sit, rubbing his hands along his face with a heavy sigh.

This isn't the first time he's been caught in a storm, but usually he'd be by himself and could simply ride his skimwing home.

He doesn't know how to handle this with Neteyam, and he should've known that before deciding to stay on campus when they shouldn't.

The golden eyed boy looks down at Aonung, unable to think of anything himself. He knows things are only complicated because of him. A simple option would be to just abandon him and go home, but he's glad Aonung hasn't just decided to leave him out here by himself.

He squats down, wrapping his arms around his legs, looking out at the busy stream. It's the only choice they have left.

Neteyam- Let's use the stream.

Aonung looks at him with alarm.

Aonung- But I don't have a raft, you'd have to ride directly on the back of my skimwing.

Neteyam- We don't have a choice. We can't just stay out here.

Aonung- We'll have to dive at least once, I don't th-

Neteyam- I want to go home!

Aonung stays silent for a moment, staring into Neteyam's glare.

Neteyam- I refuse to stay here.

He quickly stands, walking against the wind towards the stream. The storm is beginning to mess with his nerves, and all he wants is to be safe at home, and to let his brother calm him.
