Neteyam steps out of Niráli's bathroom fully dressed and ready. His top is black and purple, fits closely, and has a few extra straps wrapping around his stomach, and partially on his arms. His loincloth is the same color, and has a few strands hanging from it on the ends. And he has a pouch on his side, which is holding his card and the accessory he bought for Aonung.

He walks over to Niráli, who is also dressed, and standing at the large mirror on the wall doing her makeup. Her very reflective, strapless dress fits closely from the hips and up, then the rest flows freely as fringe.

She adds her last jewel next to her eye, and fixes her hair a bit, then turns to Neteyam.

Niráli- Damn, look at you. Aonung's really gonna be mad if you don't pay him any attention now. Can I give you eyeliner?

Neteyam- No.

Niráli- Bummer.

She touches up her lipstick, then puts her things away and turns to face Neteyam again.

Niráli- Okay, what do we think?

Neteyam- You look nice as always.

Niráli- You're too polite. It wouldn't kill you to call me hot.

Neteyam- No, but it might kill Lo'ak.

Niráli- Lo'ak lets me call you sexy. And you really are tonight, by the way.

He laughs lightly and shakes his head, then his thoughts interrupt him. Thinking of going to that club and seeing Aonung at his new job will really make things set in. He insulted him, though by accident, and as much as he doesn't think he's ready to live with him, he doesn't want to lose him either.

Niráli- Hey.

Niráli speaks softly as she walks over to him, seeing that he's lost in thought.

Niráli- Whatever else is going on with you two, you'll only be able to solve it if you're still together. Focus on doing that first.

Neteyam- Okay.

Niráli- So you'll apologize?

Neteyam- Yes.

Niráli- And agree to move in with him?

Neteyam- . . . Yes.

She smiles widely at his firm response, then runs to grab her clutch off the table, and goes back over to him.

Niráli- Great! Let's go, we're way behind. I'll brief you on the way.

Neteyam- Brief me on what?

She pulls him out the door, and they head onto the elevator.

Niráli- You aren't familiar with clubs, so I'll tell you some things so you aren't lost.

Neteyam- Oh, okay.

They make their way to the raft, then once they're in it and heading to Bripper's, Niráli tells him what he needs to know about how the entertainment clubs work.

There are stages, or platforms for the entertaining workers. When people want to pay them, they have to insert their card into a machine that's connected to an individual's area. However much money they give, will cause papers, called cash, with numbers on them to rain down from a machine above the stages, showing how much money they've earned. The paper itself is worthless, but the actual money gets transferred to the performer's card at the end of their shift.
