With Niráli leading the way, Neteyam heads onto the sidewalk from the raft. They were let out right at the mall entrance. It's different from the one he's familiar with, but equally as impressive as he goes through the large main entrance.

He nearly gets left behind as he strolls and takes in the sights, so he jogs up to his friend who is speed walking.

Niráli- Okay, we need to check Glim'sGlams first. If they don't have something perfect, we go to SpiceIsNice. If they don't have what we need, our last hope is CrimsonDiamonds, but that place is really expensive.

Neteyam- Let's hope they have what we need then.

Niráli- Yes, for both of us. What did you have in mind by the way? Something sexy so Aonung doesn't outdo you?

Neteyam- Uh, no, I would be fine just wearing what I'm in.

Niráli- Nonsense, you need a new outfit.

Neteyam- You and Lo'ak are made for each other.

He half rolls his eyes in amusement, and she laughs softly at the comment.

Niráli- So, since when is Aonung an entertainer?

Neteyam- Since three months ago I guess.

At the sound of his less than enthusiastic tone, she looks over at him tensely.

Niráli- Are things okay with you two?

Neteyam- I guess.

Niráli- Spill.

Neteyam- Spill what?

Niráli- The beans.

Neteyam- What?

Niráli- The sauce. The tea. Your guts. Whatever you wanna call it. Tell me what happened.

Neteyam- (sighs) He left and went to Kau'kin with no heads up, stayed away for three months, and now wants me to move in with him because he's back and has his own place.

Niráli- His own place? In that hotel? Do you know how expensive that is?

Neteyam- I'm guessing ridiculously so.

Niráli- You're guessing right.

They come up to the entrance of Glim's Glams, and the many pieces of shimmering clothing is almost overwhelming to Neteyam's eyes. He subconsciously makes a face as he walks in, and Niráli laughs at him as they make their way through their first chosen aisle.

As she starts inspecting a few skirts that are various shades of purple, she resumes their conversation.

Niráli- So, where's the issue in all this?

Neteyam- Where's the issue? He left out of nowhere.

Niráli- Yeah, but he's back.

Neteyam- And he wants me to move in with him like nothing happened.

She stops as she holds up a green skirt, then puts it back and turns to squint at Neteyam.

Neteyam- What?

Niráli- You don't know much about the Nocturnals do you?

Neteyam- The Nocturnals?

Niráli- The night lifers. In the risqué midst of entertainment. Surrounded by temptation itself.
