- CLAY's POV (Falling For A Fan)-
I decided to go forward with the surgery.
I didn't care what it took. I needed Y/N to be alive. I needed her laughter to be filled in quiet rooms. I needed her heart beating. I needed her gorgeous eyes to light up.
Once they prepped me for surgery, Sapnap and Lia visited me. They held my hands on each side. I couldn't help but notice someone wasn't here beside me.
CLAY:
"Where's George...?" I frowned.
LIA:
"He couldn't...he didn't wanna say goodbye..." She said quietly while looking down.
I nodded while trying to hold my tears back. Nick frowned deeply at me, trying to hold back his tears too.
CLAY:
"Can you tell him that I love him...and to thank him for everything he's done for me...?" My barrier broke, my eyes filled with tears.
They nodded while squeezing my hands.
I had a frog in my throat and a tug in my heart. I hated this, but I hated the idea of Y/N gone more. So, I released a shaky breath out, and put on my bravest face I could for my friends.
NICK:
"I love you Clay..."
LIA:
"I love you too Clay..."
CLAY:
"And I love you idiots." I sadly smiled.
They sadly smiled back with even more tears in their eyes. After we spoke, I got wheeled off to surgery.
The nurse put the mask over me and counted down from 10.
"10..."
"This is for you, baby..." I thought.
"9..."
"You came into my life so suddenly..."
"8..."
"I never thought I'd meet someone like you..."
"7..."
"You were my wife, yet I don't remember."
"6..."
"Yet I still know you were the best thing that's ever happened to me."
"5..."
"I hope this works and saves your beautiful soul."
"4..."
"Everything will be okay."
"3..."
"No matter what happens."
"2..."
"Just remember..."
"1..."
"I love you, Y/N."
"0..."
My eyes slowly fluttered shut. There was no more noise, no more sight, no more feeling.
Only darkness.

- Y/N's POV (Falling For A Fan)-
Weakly, I slowly opened my eyes to hear the faint beeping of the monitors. Once I saw the ceiling above, I realized where I was. It was now that I felt pressure being applied to my right arm. Shortly, my gaze moved to see Lia sleeping against my arm.
"What happened?" I thought in pure confusion.
I shifted my arm and it woke her up. She sat her head up and saw my face. She gasped, her expression dropping.
