I was using my mother's elliptical workout machine in the basement and I was working up quite the sweat. I was the only one home it was a Tuesday afternoon, I should be at school but i'm not. I convinced my mom that I was sick with a really bad stomach ache. She was very convinced, which I was glad about because I was trying to avoid school.

Yesterday Lucy and I almost had sex, but it didn't happen. We were making out on my bed for a half an hour when we almost got interrupted by my Mother nocking on the door. We quickly got out of our make out position and I opened the door for her. That's when Lucy told her that it was time for her to go home.

I was so mad that my Mom interrupted us like that but also, I was a little bit nervous thinking about what would have happened if her and I actually had sex last night. I also have my big match on Friday and I'm trying to work on my body for it, I want to make sure I look my absolute best.

My weight was up a couple of pounds of what it usually was. I was going to try my best to make sure I was back to the weight I needed to be before weigh in's Friday morning. I was on the elliptical for almost an hour now. I should stop now but for some reason I don't want to.

"Son, your mother said you had a stomachache this morning?" Thomas's father asked him as he walked into his son's room. "Yeah, it must have been something I ate." I lied as I came out of my bathroom and back over to my bed. I was shivering and desperately wanted to get back under the covers of my bed.

"Well, I just called your coach and told him you won't be at practice tonight." My Dad told me. "Why?" I asked my father. "Son, you can barley get out of bed you're not feeling good and you need your rest so that you can do that big match on Friday night." My father told me.

Little did my father know why I was actually like this right now, God help me if he knew the real reason why. "You're mother is working late tonight so I'll be here to watch you." My father explained to me. "Dad don't be silly, I don't need a babysitter it's just a stomach bug is all." I reassured my father.

"Well if you say so." He told me as he left my room. I rolled my eyes and reached for my phone to check to see if I had any text messages. I had one missed call from Lucy. "Hey Babe, I missed you at school today." "Call me after school and we can FaceTime or something." Her voicemail said to me.

For some reason I didn't want to talk to anybody right now. So I decided to set my phone down on my nightstand and I was surprised to see my father coming in with a bowl of soup. "Thank you." I said to my father. Not that I wanted to eat it but he didn't need to know that. I'd probably just end up flushing it down my toilet in about a half an hour to make it look like I ate.

"Try to eat son, you're looking pretty pale today maybe it will give you some color back." My father told me as he walked out of my room and shut the door behind himself. The smell of the soup was making me a little nauseous but this time I was actually feeling nauseous and I wasn't faking it.

My heart was starting to race and my hands were starting to shake uncontrollably. I was starting to get used to this feeling but I didn't like it. I quickly got up out of my bed and walked into my bathroom and started to splash some cold water onto my face.

I then heard my father nocking on my bedroom door and it sounded like he was coming in. "Dad, I'll be out soon." I said as I was standing over my sink drying my face off from the sweat and cold water. I took a few deep breaths as I collected myself to open the door. "Hey, are you going to school tomorrow?" He asked me.

"I probably will if I'm feeling better by the morning." I told my Dad. "Good, uh there's something that we need to discuss." My father told me as he scratched his head. "Yes?" I asked as I sat down at my desk chair. "Your mother tells me you have a girlfriend." My father said to me with a smile on his face. "You remember my friend Lucy don't you?" I asked him feeling my face grow a smile.
