Kenma frowned. "Do you have to go to Miyagi this weekend, Y/n?"

Akaashi looked at you as you stood by the oncoming train. "You could always skip going there for a weekend and the three of us can hide from the others."

You shook your head. "Kei would get upset if I did that. And before leaving Miyagi, I had promised to visit them every weekend. Kinda have to stick with it now. I'll see you guys when I come back on Sunday. Thanks for agreeing to walk me to and from the station this weekend, by the way."

Akaashi shook his head. "No need to thank us. We just wanted to make sure nothing happened to you."

You smile at the boys. "And I really appreciate it. Oh, the train's here. I'll be leaving now."

Akaashi smiles at you. "See you on Sunday."

Kenma looks at you. "See you. Have a good weekend." He looks at the ground.

Your smile stretches a little bigger. "See you guys. Hope the idiots don't cause you two any trouble." And you get onto the train.

As it leaves, Akaashi turns to Kenma. "Well?"

Kenma looks at him. "What?"

"When are you going to confess to her? You've already backed off and stopped making constant eye contact with her in front of the others, and now you're walking her to the train station. When do you intend to let her know how you feel?"

Kenma looks at the ground. "I don't know. I'm not even sure if I want to confess to her in the first place."

Akaashi stares at the boy. "One day, you're gonna have to tell her."

"I'll hold off until that day comes."

"That's not good for either of you. You created a rift in the relationship you two started building, and it's clear that Y/n is concerned about you. Why not just try to explain the situation to her. I think she'd understand."

"No way. If I tell her how I feel, there's no going back. If she doesn't like me back, it might cause problems with the team. She might even quit being our manager and the guys will get upset."

The blue eyed boy sighed. "I highly doubt that'll happen. As I've said, you just need to talk to her."

The golden eyed boy clenched his hands into fists on either side of him. "There's no way. She's now just learning that I don't typically make eye contact with anyone, how bad I am with people. Having a heartfelt conversation will just make her want to talk more. I can't handle that. What would I even say to her?"

"You could start by explaining how you feel whenever you're around her. Tell her about that weird attraction thing when you two make eye contact. Just say something so that she can understand the situation better."

Kenma sighed. "I'm not even used to having these feelings. How would I be able to talk about them, when I barely understand them myself?"

Akaashi took a deep breath. "I understand you're not used to any of this. But you need to act on this before it's too late. I don't want to see you regret making the choice to not tell her anything."

"I get that. But... it's just not who I am to tell someone I've caught feelings for them. It wasn't even like me to have these feelings in the first place."

"But you have them. Now, you need to learn to act on them. How would you feel if she started dating someone that isn't you?"

Kenma grit his teeth. "I'd hate it, more than I hate doing anything physical. I'd feel sad, knowing that someone else has the one I like most."

"There's an easy solution to save you from that kind of heartbreak, Kenma."

"What is it, Akaashi?"

"Confess to her. It's the only option you have at this point. She needs to know how you feel, and you need to make a move before it's too late."

Kenma let out a breath. "I'm not ready to do it."

"Why don't I help you out with it this weekend?"

"Really?"

Akaashi smiles. "Of course. I want to see the both of you happy. I'll help you confess to Y/n."

Kenma has a small smile spreading across his lips. "Thanks, Akaashi."
