"You'd say no to Hinata if he asked you to be his girlfriend, right?"

You look over to see an angry look on your cousin's face. "Why do you ask?"

"I don't want that idiot near you, so answer the question."

"I'd say no. You know I like my senpai from my team. Why would I date someone else?"

He let out a breath of relief. "That's good to hear. Just wanted to make sure things haven't changed since the last time I saw you."

"Well, something did change and I already told you about it."

He frowns. "I meant with your feelings, but you do have a point. Has anything happened at all between you and... what was it, Kenma?"

You nod. "He walked me to the station yesterday. And he's supposed to be picking me up when I get back tomorrow."

Tsukishima smiles. "That must be great."

You feel your face heat up a bit. "Well... it's great to have him around. But, we still don't talk to each other much."

"Then initiate a conversation with him. If you show you want to talk, he's bound to keep the conversation going."

"He's not much of a talker...."

"He will if he likes you."

"I doubt he does."

Tsukishima glares at you. "There's no way he doesn't like you. I mean, you two kissed multiple times before."

"True... but kisses don't always have to mean something."

"I say the kisses between you two has to mean something. You both were just drawn to each other and kissed without saying a word to each other. If there's no mutual feelings, I need a really good explanation for why he fucking kissed you then."

"You're getting overprotective, Kei."

He looks into your eyes. "I have every right to become overprotective of you. You're my cousin, and I want to make sure you're alright. No guy should think he can get away with taking advantage of you or using you. And it certainly can't be someone I don't approve of."

"So I should never date anyone on your team. Got it."

"You better not date anyone on my team. Except maybe Yamaguchi. He'd be a good boyfriend for you."

"Doesn't he like you?

He blinks, surprised. "I thought he liked you?"

You blink. "I guess we never found out who he has a crush on."

"I don't think I want to know."

"You know what, he deserves to have a secret of his own. He carries too much stress and I don't want to ask him if he's just gonna freak out."

Tsukishima sighs, sitting back against the couch in the living room. "Yeah, it's best to not ask him."

"When is your mom coming back home?"

"I don't know. She went out to get groceries and said that once we put everything away, we'd go out together."

"Where does she plan to take us?"

"She said something about how we both seem so tense and grumpy lately. She wanted to take us to a spa and bath house that opened up recently."

Your eyes widened. "She's really taking us to a spa?"

He nods. "Said she thought massages and a soak in the hot springs would be good for us. She knows from your parents that you've been coming home late and exhausted lately."

"Your mom and my parents know too much. They shouldn't worry so much."

"I feel the same. But it's nice to relax without others every once in a while."

You look at your cousin, raising a brow. "Are you sure you're Tsukishima Kei? You're not usually one that would be all for spas and stuff."

He frowns. "Volleyball has left me tense and tired. A massage would be nice right about now. And it'll be quieter there than it is at school. I'm willing to take it."

"Fair. I've never been to a spa. I'm kinda looking forward to it now."

The front door opens. "I'm home! Can you two help me carry in the groceries, please?"

You immediately stand up. "Coming!"

Tsukishima slowly stood up. "We're helping."

And so, the three of you bring the groceries into the house and put them all away. Your aunt has a smile on her face as she takes you two to the spa. You relax during the car ride, excited to get a massage.
