Hayes pov
After about a hour we were done and Asher says "Hey I'm thirsty" and I reply "Then let's go to the kitchen.....do you need help?" And he says "No I got it" as he tried to move but as soon as he moved his legs he changed his mind "I know I said I got it but....you know" and I laughed and said "Yea I got you" as I put him on my back. After we left the room we went downstairs and I put Asher on the couch with his parents while I got him some water his dad asked "Are you okay Ash?" And Asher says "Yea I'm good" and his mom says "We're about to go but dinner is in the oven and we made you a extra plate to take home to your brother Hayes" I smile and say "Aww thanks" and his dad says "Your welcome son" as they walk out the door.

Asher's pov
As I'm wondering what they cooked Hayes gave me the water and I said "Thank you" when I look at him he's smiling with tears in his eyes "What's wrong?" I ask and he says "He called me son! 🥹" as he hugs me and I hug him back, we don't talk about Hayes parent and I don't ask about them because I figure he'll tell me when he's ready, I know they live with him but I've been to their house 1000 times but I've never seen them or meet them, I did hear their voices the day Hayes asked me out. Avery flew from the back door and said "I SMELL FOOD" and Everest came from downstairs with a charger in her hand

Asher: When did you get here Ev?
Everest: Long enough to know why you asked that question
Hayes: Interesting
Asher: Can one of you guys bring me a plate?
Avery: Stop being lazy get it yourself *she gets her plate and leaves*
Asher: Everest please
Everest: Why don't you get it?
Asher: I can't get up
Everest: Hm, personal problem, don't go for a hour with no breaks next time
Asher: Hayes can you?
Pretends not to hear him
Asher: Please~
Hayes: ...
Asher: Pleaseee!
Hayes: Asher
Asher: Please Hayes?

Hayes's pov
How could I possibly say no to that pretty face, I'm such a fool for him, all he has to do is flash his pretty smile and I'd do anything for him, he holds so much power over me it's ridiculous. As I go grab his plate I say "Your lucky I love you" and he responds "It's your fault I can't walk" and I can't argue with that so I bring him his food and 30 minutes after we finish eating Asher asks me something 

Asher: Why do you always say yes when I say please
Hayes: Excuse me?
Asher: Yea and you make me say it a lot especially when we're f-
Hayes: *cuts him off* I don't know I just like hearing you say it
Asher: So a kink
Hayes: No
Asher: I'm pretty sure that's called a kink
Hayes: Nope
Asher: What will happen if I say it over and over?
Hayes: Nothing, I'll just smile and beg you to stop
Asher: Please
Hayes: Please what? There was no implication behind that
Asher: Oh...well...please....please....ou! Please kiss me
Hayes: No I'm eating gum and your just going to still it again and it still has flavor

Hayes: No
Asher: Pleaseeee!
Hayes: No...
Asher: Hayes~ please babe?~
Hayes: Asher say that aga- matter of fact

We started making out and of course Asher stole my gum again every single time we make out while I have gum he steals it

Asher's pov
Today after school the whole crew went to a spot we used to hang out at alot back in the day aka 9th grade, if you think we're losers now you should've seen us back then. When we get there we see some 9th graders leaving and that made me think of us. "Is that supposed to be us?" Everest asks and Neil replies "Yep" and we go over and sit. The spot is a huge tree that used to have a bench under it but some seniors spray painted curse words and other things on it so the took it away.

Everest's pov
This tree brings back so many memories....bad memories! We had to eat lunch here every fucking day and I swear every single one of us got broken up with under this damn tree. I told them that this tree was bad luck but nobody believed me until they witnessed it

Bryce: Fin can you stop laughing so loud the joke wasn't that funny
Finley: Sorry
Bryce: Stop apologizing your making people think I'm mean to you or something
Finley: You can be rude sometimes
Bryce: God your so annoying
Finley: I-I said sorry, what else do you want me to say?
Asher: Stop being mean to him Bryce
Avery: Yeah he didn't do anything wrong
Bryce: Finley come on

He grabbed Finley's arm tight and tried to pull him away while Finley said "I'm sorry Bryce I'm so sorry I won't say anything else" and I can't just sit here and watch, I go over and pull Finley into a hug "Let him go Bryce what's your problem" I say and Bryce responds "Finley come here right now" as I tightened my grip on him either others come over and we all see Bryce getting more angry when Finley doesn't move "Finley come here now" he says and Finley says "Thanks guys but I have to go, I'll be okay" as he lets me go and walks over to Bryce shaking a little and we heard him say "At lease wait till we get to the car" as they walked away

Finley's pov
I tried to stay quiet when we got to the car so Bryce won't hit me hard but I guess he was really pissed of because he hit me hard anyway, I closed my eyes and tried not to cry but the tears came anyway and when he was done taking out all his anger he said "You know I love you right?" And I said "Mhm" whipping my tears and hugging him, he says "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you" and I say "I know it's okay I forgive you" as I whip my tears again and look in the mirror and see my black eye

Neil's pov
What we just saw was not okay and we need to talk to someone about it, we can't tell the consular because he's homophobic and the other staff already know about his disorder and as I'm thinking I feel so bad because poor Finley probably has been going through this ever since they started dating. We all decided to come up with a plan tomorrow but Bryce came to school and Finley didn't, as a matter of fact we didn't see him for a while after that
